The Hive Hotel

Hotel was ok. Breakfast buffet was nice. Service was average, not the most helpful or polite reception and the fact that you had to pay extra to use the gym is crazy. Location is ok about 1km from the colosseum and there are some good restaurants nearby.

酒店前台的服務很差，高高在上，態度差劣。建議不要住，不知道為什麼評論上那麼高分，完全沒有四星級水平，房間雖然大，但是沒有跟上四星級水平。房間沖涼的水壓不行，走廊燈光昏暗。而且第一間房間給了一個奇怪房型，第二個房間在中央控制室把我們的冷氣關掉。強烈不推薦！ Strongly not recommend!!! The attitude of hotel’s staff is bad and gave weird room to customer(Shape of the room), also the air conditioner of another room was turned off by the staff in their control room. Hot in room. The design is old and equipment also not new, but they mentioned that they open in 2021. It is definitely not 4 stars hotel standard. Again, strongly not recommended.

Got sick one day before check-in and I couldn’t make the trip. Hotel wasn’t interested in that and charged me full payment. Really inflexible police. I don’t really recommend.

신식 시설을 보고 예약했는데, 체크인할때 이미 풀북이 됐다고 제휴된 다른 호텔로 안내해줬습니다. 실제로 사진으로 본 호텔보다 매우 오래됐고, 또 좁았습니다. 화장실은 너무 좁아서 사용하기 불편했습니다. 그쪽으로 옮기는 대신 조식을 제공해준다고 했지만, 제 일정은 이미 투어나 다른 식당에서 조식을 먹는 일정이 있어 필요없었습니다. 2박을 예약했는데, 첫날밤은 너무 늦어 어쩔수 없이 잤고, 둘째날 방을 바꿔달라고 요청했지만 권한이 없다는 말만 반복했습니다.

位置非常靠近各個景點，打個Uber去鬥獸場就幾分鐘，而且也很便宜，酒店的設施也很新，現代風格，工作人員很熱情，英語也都很不錯。 非常棒的體驗，而且正值歐洲盃期間，5樓有專門的看球的地方，樓頂餐廳的風景也很不錯。 唯一一個小缺陷就是沒有自己的停車場，旁邊有一個，但是一天要30歐元，雖然街道上也可以停，但是建議還是停在停車場裏，有專人看守的。

Struttura nuova e funzionale, ottimo il letto king size ed il relativo materasso ortopedico, camera non perfettamente pulita (dopo poco che ci camminavo, essendo senza pantofole, avevo i piedi neri) ma ottimamente funzionale e dotata di tutti i servizi necessari al soggiorno (tra cui la possibilità di preparazione di caffe e the in camera). Ristorante con ottima vista, ma personale di sala totalmente inefficiente ed impreparato (non ho potuto scegliere il tavolo, menu ridotto e dulcis in fundo ordino una tartare di carne e mi vengono serviti degli sfilaccetti di carne con cipolle, funghi, pesto e non aggiungo cosa altro ci fosse.......insomma mancano le basi di cucina!!! Sarebbe stato più corretto dire che ne erano sforniti ed avrei preso altro; onore al merito veramente ottima la carbonara. Infine, Servizio inesistente, erano presenti circa 5 camerieri tra maitre di sala ecc, ho dovuto aspettare 20 minuti per ricevere il pane, mentre il caffè - esausto dal non vedere transitare nessuno - è stato preso al banco al modico costo di 3€ addebitatomi nonostante la mia leggera rimostranza!!!! Scusate, dimenticavo di dire che in tutto il ristorante erano presenti circa 6 avventori. (insomma mai più!! esperienza di ristorazione da dimenticare) . Receptionist gentilissima, preparata e disponibile alle soluzioni delle problematiche; infatti ha provveduto immediatamente a fornirmi delle pantofole da camera con logo della struttura ed a omaggiarmi della colazione. Ottima dimostrazione di buona Hotellerie.

Location is pretty good, walkable to most landmark. Near the hotel is also a stop for the hop on hop off buses, I think 4 or 5 different companies there. Only issue is that there is no parking in front of the hotel, we had some difficulties getting a Uber when heading to the airport as all didn't want to stop there to pick up and cancelled my bookings.

Clean and big enough, with king size bed, located near Roma Termini and not far always from shopping center.
