I booked this hotel 4 months in advance receiving a verification that everything was confirmed, on the last day i recived another email to book a transfer and still everything was ok UNTIL later on during the day i got an email telling me that my booking got cancelled. I panicked and send an email at 11.00pm telling them that i did not cancel my booking and within less then 24 hrs i will be there and no one replied after a number of attempts ,calls , emails , WhatsApp messages they replied telling me not to panic and they are checking. After 1pm they sent me an email telling me to find somewhere elese to stay as my card had a problem and they cancelled my booking. Please note i booked it 300 euro for 3 nights via there site, on booking .com my room same day and the only one left was listed and priced 1,300 for 3 days.... These people are unprofessional and be aware, they didn't even respond to my calls becouse i was frustrated knowing i was going to a foreign country without a roof over my head and they simply didn't care for there customers. These things are unprofessional and unacceptable because if they were professional and organised they would have emailed me to tell me that there was a problem and if i don't arrange it within a few hrs my booking would be cancelled, for sure with in 1 minute i would have seen the problem and would have fixed it... Please note they blamed it on *********** and didn't even realise that i booked true there main site. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL Shame on them and all does responsible Disrespectful to there customers Communication 0 Money Greedy Unprofessional And Not trust worthy Please note i was a customer for 4 times and always sent people there but on this for sure it will mot happen again and you want see me again.
