Radisson Collection Hotel, Roma Antica

Probably the best hotel we have stayed at for customer service , the team helped booked all our restaurants and day trips. The staff were so attentive and helpful- such a rarity these days! The hotel is new, modern and cosy, with lovely personal touches.

How to review, when you can't even make a booking? *Nine times* I've tried to confirm a reservation from overseas. 4 times the portal blanked. 3 times I have tried ringing, and been promised teams would action and "get back to me" by email and phone, which hasn't happened. Finally reached out to Radisson by email and got back an incredible email, full of spelling, grammatical, and formatting errors, to the point I thought it was a scam/phishing attempt. It also completely failed to understand the issue, and did not resolve it. It has been weeks of this. This is not even remotely justifiable service at this price point. Shame we'll never get to experience the venue, at this rate.

Just back from rome and what a fantastic stay. Hotel is brand new. Everywhere was clean, modern and beautiful decor. Cannot fault our stay, the staff cannot do enough for you. So attentive and lots of lovely touches, for example; dressing gowns and slippers in room, lots of lovely toilteries, mini bar, shoe horn, umbrella, hairdryer. The bath tub is HUGE and shower is powerful. Every night someone can to turn down our bed, give us fresh water and pillow spray - what a beautiful experience, we loved getting back from dinner to that. We were bed and brekfast so every morning there was a wide choice of meats, cheeses, bread, juices, fresh patseries and hot drinks. You can then request eggs or other hot items from your server. We didnt have lunch or dinner but not for any reason other than lots of places to eat in room but heard amazing things about lunch or dinner. Location is PERFECT, we visited all the noted landmarks and walked everywhere, hotel is very central. Although on a main road the evenings were quiet and we slept so well in the huge bed and comfy bedding. Must visit there rooftop bar, after a busy day, head up there have a drink and unwind - simply perfect and lots of seating. I never leave a trip advisor review and was nervous about staying here after no reviews when booking but so glad I did. They honestly cannot do enough for you. So so attentive. I HIGHLY recommend staying here when visiting rome. :)

We’ve had a great experience during our stay at the Radisson Collection Roma Antica. We checked in on the opening day of the hotel - the excitement from the staff was very visible, and we felt extremely welcome from the moment we stepped into the building. We were upgraded to a panoramic corner room with a huge terrace and amazing views. We barely wanted to leave the terrace! While there were some minor hiccups during our stay (expected as the hotel has just opened), they got all quickly resolved by the helpful staff. The selection at breakfast was quite simple, as the buffet was a bit small - but there was a decent a la carte selection to compensate for that. A must-try is the hotel’s rooftop bar with great drinks and panoramic views of Rome in almost every direction. While quite empty during our stay, we are sure that it will soon become very popular. My special thanks go to Giulia, who’s helped a lot with the planning of our trip, and also helped organize a little surprise for my partner in the room.

L hôtel est très bien placé , c est neuf , le personnel est très sympathique, la terrasse est superbe avec un apéritif offert . On est a 100m du Rome historique. La salle du petit déjeuner est petite et quand l hôtel est plein c est un peut d attente entre 9h et 9h30, il manque une piscine pour le standing , et petite déception a notre départ les rues étaient fermées pour cause de marathon et personne n a communiqué a l hôtel il a fallu se débrouiller par nous même pour attraper un des rares taxis pour aller a l aéroport un peut déçus d avoir été un peut abandonné par la conciergerie...

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel nuovo per tre notti in aprile usufruendo di una promozione viaggio Voyage prive’ comunque ad un prezzo adeguato all’hotel. L’albergo si trova a cento metri da piazza Venezia, tutto il centro di Roma si potrebbe raggiungere a piedi, ma comunque a due passi ci sono le fermate dei mezzi. L’hotel è stato appena aperto, la nostra camera superior elegante ma non spaziosissima. Materasso e cuscini comodissimi. Personale gentilissimo, dal direttore a tutti gli addetti. All’ultimo piano c’è una terrazza bar con vista su tutta Roma, veramente meravigliosa. L’unica cosa che penso non sia all’altezza di un cinque stelle e’ la colazione, sia come spazio della sala, sia come varietà sia del dolce che del salato. In tutti i modi comunque un’ottima soluzione per visitare la Capitale.

Un hotel muy centrico y moderno.Tuvimos una habitación muy confortable y practica con muchos detalles y comoda cama. El personal de recepción muy atento, en nuestro caso, nos atendian en castellano y nos hacian sentir como en casa, muchas gracias por hacer tan agradable nuestra estancia!

Siamo stati in questo hotel durante il nostro soggiorno a Roma. Aveva aperto giusto il giorno prima del nostro arrivo. Da subito abbiamo appreso la voglia di fare bene. Hotel curato nel dettagli. Camera molto bella, con tutto il necessario (una chicca spazzolino da denti /dentifricio e collutorio). Letto di ottime dimensioni comodissimo. Aperitivo in terrazza Rooftop con vista pazzesca sull’altare della Patria. Non volendoci far mancare nulla abbiamo cenato al ristorante dell’hotel, complimenti allo chef. Piatti strepitosi con materie prime di qualità. Piccolo consiglio, valorizzare in fase di check in il sito archeologico al piano -1, sicuramente è un valore aggiunto da far conoscere agli ospiti.
