The service is rly nice! Had some issues with the checkin system at the beginning, but the lady who took care of my case was very friendly and professional. She truly is the gem. Also need to mention the breakfast buffet, the coffee was simply amazing (unfortunately couldn’t have it for the second day due to gut problem), and the staff there also very lovely. I would say well done to the team, y’all absolutely made my trip!

This hotel is beyond incredible! I don’t have enough nice things to say about it. I would give it 100 stars if I could. They just opened a few months ago, so everything is brand new, shiny and crispy. It’s modern, clean, quiet, high-tech, and affordably luxurious, not to mention in a great location (short walking distance to Trastevere and even to the Colosseum – it doesn’t get any better than that). The staff is incredibly nice, friendly and helpful. There is a 24/7 restaurant and a cute rooftop patio where you can get drinks and relax. You even get free filtered water - any time you want, as much as you want. The bathroom is huge, and the showerhead is to die for (I want one of those for my own house!) If you like technology, you are going to be in heaven. If you don’t care for technology, you are going to fall in love with it by the time you leave. I am so happy that I stayed here, and I will look for this hotel everywhere I go from now on. Seriously, it’s addictive!

I had another wonderful stay at this hotel, making it my go-to choice whenever I'm in Rome. Despite the digital check-in and check-out processes, the staff's warmth and readiness to assist never fail to impress. The location is perfect, nestled close to many of Rome's top attractions, making it incredibly convenient. This was my second visit, and I'm already looking forward to my next stay. Highly recommend for anyone seeking comfort and convenience in the heart of the city!

If you’re not experiencing the absolute hip and pleasurable experience at CitizenM in Rome, then you don’t know about it, and this is coming from the pickiest traveler known to man. I love CitizenM! The front desk staff are thoughtful and kind, there for your every personal need here and unforeseen emergency back at home. The rooms are compact but responsive to your preferences — mood lighting, calming music to relax, most comfortable beds, sleep inducing pillows, bar (lobby & rooftop,. Rooms are perfectly clean, totally delightful, soundproof and the location! Trust me, book it. Love CitizenM ♥️!

I chose the hotel mainly because of reviews and location and I believe that my choice was fully justified. Very beautiful, brand new, with great decoration and excellent personal smart hotel.

We were arriving early morning from an overnight flight. At the time of booking I booked the stay beginning the night before so we could check in without waiting. I made sure to leave note explaining this, and I also called the hotel directly to explain that the 3 rooms were all booked for Wednesday but we would be arriving early Thursday morning. When we arrived at the hotel there was some initial confusion and it took some time (about 15 minutes) but we were eventually able to check all 3 rooms in and get some rest.
Rooms were small but very clean and tidy. The bed is large but VERY firm. I like firm but this was even too firm for me.
The iPad in the room to control lights/tv/thermostat needed to be reset at the front desk twice in 4 days.
Overall I liked it, I would definitely stay again.
