Room with a View 105

This was such a beautiful, comfortable room. We stayed 5 nights and felt it was a great location, about 10mins walk to the Colosseum and easy access to the metro with Manzoni station 10mins walk. Buses also readily available. Room is spacious with lots of space for luggage, clothes etc. Lockable safe, fridge, kettle. Bathroom is tiny but functional. The view of the church opposite was lovely and even though the street could be noisy, as soon as you close the windows you cany hear anything. An added bonus was the host picking us up from the train station and taking us for a drive around the neighbourhood, thanks Federica!

We had a brilliant stay in rome over 4 days. The room is ideally located for exploring. The colloseum is in easy walking distance and there are close metro/bus links. Fredrica was very welcoming and gave us some tips on our arrival. Pros: fantastic location, large room, good shower, nespresso machine, very helpful hosts Cons: nothing major but one side of our bed was sunk quite a lot and squeaked whenever you moved and the big window was hard to shut and open. Overall great stay 😊

Pros: A lovely room in a good location, the host Federica was most accomodating and collected us near Termini Station upon arrival and gave us great advice on where to go so we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Rome. The host also made the room lovely for my wife as it was our wedding anniversary by putting a large pettled heart on bed with some wine too. Cons: The lift was too small for the stroller so was a bit of a challenge when going out or returning and room could do with an extension socket as was frustrating changing plugs all the time for kitchen but in all a lovely welcoming stay. hello to all travelers. I want to share with you very interesting and important information for me. if you ever decide to visit Rome, then do not linger for a second and feel free to book a room with these REALLY VERY PLEASANT AND HUMAN PEOPLE. it's not just ordered and that's it. come and here's the key. The hostess, she is just a person who will help you with advice and a decision, if such is and happens to you. very friendly people. the number and everything connected with it is at the highest level, believe me, it’s not just that they have very good ratings on any site that you look at, and if you don’t believe it, take a look yourself. Plus , the metro is not so far , to the Coliseum 15 minutes walk , in short . SUPER!!!!!

Просто ОБАЛДЕННОГО МЕСТА мы и не могли представить. Плюс и огромный плюс, это Федерика и Мануэль. Хозяева приветливые и помогали нам во всем. Начиная с того что если что то не хватало то, на следующий день уже было в номере. Номера чистые и убирались каждый день. Все чисто. Интернет стабильный. Кофеварка, кондиционер. Холодильник, все работало на 100 процентов. Мануэль придумал для приесжающих свой путь для того чтоб просмотреть Рим. Оценка 10 и я уверен что если поеду ещё раз в Рим то закажу не задумываясь.

Siamo stati 5 notti a inizio anno; la posizione è strategica (8minuti a piedi dal Colosseo) ma il vero punto di forza sono la disponibilità e cortesia dei proprietari e la pulizia impeccabile della stanza. Se proprio vogliamo trovare il pelo nell’uovo forse la colazione può avere un area di miglioramento ma sono proprio dettagli. Sicuramente raccomandato. Grazie Emanuele.
