My wife and I stayed in a queen suite for 2 nights. Clean, modern, spacious suite. Common areas were equally nice. Innkeepers were friendly and helpful. Photos and descriptions on the property website are accurate. All amenities listed were available. Facilities are comparable to a nice 4-star hotel. Breakfast is served in the inn's restaurant with several cooked to order choices. We dined in the inn restaurant, Chanterelles, both evenings and our meals were outstanding. Location is no more than 10 minutes' drive outside of Gros Morne National Park, pretty much near the middle of the park. Rocky Harbor is about 10 minutes' drive away with a good selection of restaurants and a few shops/stores.

We had the most lovely stay at the Sugar Hill Inn. We stayed in room 2, which was perfect. It was clean, spacious, had its own outside entrance and even had a couch/sitting area. The staff were extremely warm and welcoming. The amenities the hotel offered were top notch! We enjoyed the huge hot tub and sauna, breakfast (full hot service) which was included in our stay was delicious (I highly recommend the french toast). However, the best part was our evening meal- absolutely incredible!! Fresh halibut which was cooked to perfection. 10/10. I would HIGHLY recommend the Sugar Hill Inn to anyone.

We had a large room with a separate seating area on the main floor. Just outside our door there was an area to sit with a coffee. We ate in the dining room one evening and had a lovely meal; breakfast was a choice of several hot items all well prepared. It was a good spot for exploring Gros More. There was a pharmacy/grocery/goods store across the road. Quiet and clean.
