Bay View Inn

Everything was great, though I don't recommend the pullout couch. Then again those couches are always rough to sleep on anyway....

3 night stay. The place was dirty but we managed to get by. Removed the sheets on last day and dirty stains covered the mattress cover. It was disgusting. Took pictures and will foward to the Rockport health inspectors.

I reserved a room for my daughter for 3 nights over Thanksgiving, as we stay in an RV. She arrived the first night and thought the room seemed chilly but ok. Woke up to decaf coffee only. Next day, Thanksgiving, she spent the day with us, when she went back to the hotel at night, room was cool again. Office was closed. The next night she told the man at the desk and he offered her another room but she was leaving early the next morning and accepted a blanket instead. Our complaint is the terrible customer service when we complained. The management was so rude and NEVER apologized. She only blamed us for not accepting another room on her last night, or not calling the posted phone number after hours. This is a warning to anyone who books there, you're on your own. Bring your own coffee and blankets! And don't complain because she'll bite your head off!

This is a convenient place to stay while spending a few days in the Rockport area. What really makes the experience is the new harbor breakwater which is literally right next door and well within walking distance, probably the best place in the area to view the morning sunrise.

It's ok for 1 nite stay, still need lil cleaning around batroom area. Bed nice and comfy. One of our light in the ceiling need to be fex..Our daughter recommended this place ..Excellent service .Thanks

The first room we got was dirty the toilet didn’t work. The second room they offered us was never cleaned by housekeeping the third room we had had stains all over the sofa and no sheets on it. Property management needs to inspect rooms after housekeeping to reinsure property cleaning is done.

It was ok, I had a few issues nothing big. One wash cloth was in the room and I assumed towels would be replaced and I came in late that night, towels were not!

Nice clean updated rooms plenty of room in room to walk around room & bump into furniture

Great little no-frills kinda place, next to the Bay and across the street from Downtown Rockport dining and shopping.
