Staff was very accomodating and pleasant. They shared the history of Rochefort with us and recommended places to visit. Rooms were extremely clean, comfortable, and modernized.

This converted 18th-century home was the perfect stay for my family. Rooms were beautiful and clean, and the bathroom was a good size. Our room was on the 2nd level, which made me concerned about the street noise, but the area was so quiet and peaceful we slept with ease. We will be back to stay the next time we are in Rocheforte.

I've been coming to Hotel Lafayette twice a year for about three years now. My experiences have always been very satisfying, as the owners have always maintained a high standard while improving upon the property continuously. The rooms are cozy and comfortable, while featuring an eclectic, fresh style. Every room I've stayed in has been very clean. Breakfast strikes a nice balance with a variety of continental options. One of the biggest advantages is the central location of Hotel Lafayette, conveniently located on a quiet corner, yet close to the morning market, the ****nal as well as to Place Colbert and other attractions in the heart of Rochefort. I will certainly be back at Hotel Lafayette for my next visit to Rochefort :)

We stayed here for 3 nights when over from Scotland for a friend's wedding. The rooms are spacious and the beds very comfortable. The hotel is bang in the middle of Rochefort so is ideal for exploring. The friendly owner speaks great English and will help you with any requests. There is also free 24hr parking a 5 minute walk away if you need it.

Excellent accueil et conseils très avisés de la part des propriétaires. Chambre spacieuse et fonctionnelle, literie excellente, petit déjeuner juste ce qu'il faut. Très bien situé dans la ville de Rochefort. Je recommande cet hôtel chargé d'histoire, des demoiselles de Rochefort film culte

Accueil chaleureux et très bonne literie ! Une bonne relation humaine que nous n'avons plus sur la cote d'azur, nous reviendrons à l'hôtel Lafayette, avec sa proximité avec le palais des congrès. Bon séjour d'une semaine.

Charmant hôtel avec riche histoire mais parfaitement modernisé. Jolie décoration faite avec soins et goût. Propreté irréprochable. Salle de bain moderne et fonctionnel L'accueil est chaleureux, professionnel et fort sympathique. Petit déjeuner copieux et varié. Je recommande et nous y reviendrons sans problème. De plus la ville riche de son histoire est à visiter...
