My first time in Riyadh and starting a new job. The staff took out all the stress from day to day living. Every depar**ent was great, Nayem in the lobby was always ready with a coffee in the morning. Just what was needed. Thoroughly recommend if you’re here for a month or just a few days.

It was my first stay. The product is very new and perfect. The staff is very friendly. They assist you for everything. It is very convenient for long term stays and business travelers. It is very central and easy access to the main points of Riyadh. I will definitely go back again.

I had a great experience at the Fairmont hotel. The room and the facilities are great and the staff very friendly and professional. Special thanks to Mr Ayyam for his great services and care during my stay which made my experience even better.

The service was excellent. Room was too good. Ayyam at the reception was very courteous and friendly. Superb rooms. Jones the grocer was also very good. Keep it up. The spaceous room to stay in. room 1111 was just a pleasure. I would strongly recommend

The room was just exquisite; I did not expect the Kitchin and dinning areas. The kitchen has a large fridge, stove, dishwasher& what may have been an oven or a microwave. There are tv at the BR & living room. The balcony spans the width of both room. There are two toilets, one with a shower. Lastly there is a wardrobe room. All were clean, well maintained and of high standard materials. If there is anything, I’d suggest better reception of guests at the ground level resturant. Will certainly stay again.

I can't say enough good things about this hotel. From the moment you arrive, you are treated like royalty and made to feel right at home. My room had every amenity you could think of and was super clean, modern and felt like new. I took full advantage of their complimentary breakfast, late night room service, gym, sauna, steam room and pool. They even have a cinema on the property. I can't wait to go back to Riyadh just to stay at the Fairmont Residences again.

Very friendly staff , special thanks to front desk team specially Khaled and renad. Clean hotel, unique design , very good restaurant options, definitely recommend the stay and will do it again . Great location if u have business North of riyad

Excellent hotel. Highly recommended to everybody. Experience exceeds my expectations. Hotel staff was exceptional and helpful. Management and staff were extremely responsive. A bit noisy. Will surely stay again but maybe in 2 bedroom appar**ent. Big thanks for the team
