Overall it was wonderful meeting people like Moataz Mersal - he was always very quick in welcoming my wife n I to the Nakheel restaurant. Great food great service - thumbs up! Then there was Raghad (guest services) who gave timely and sound advice to my wife regarding safety n metro directions to National Museum etc. Need to mention Montaser n Ahmed as well! Such attentive staff at the bar & gym! 👍 On the other hand, the housekeeping team needs re-training. Everyday (for four days three nights) they forgot to replenish items in the room! We had to keep calling them! 👎

สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก: โรงแรมใหม่มาก ไม่ต้องใช้ตัวแปลงไฟ สามารถใช้ปลั๊กมาตรฐานได้หลายตัว แต่สัญญาณโทรศัพท์ไม่ดี ทำให้ไม่สามารถโทรและใช้อินเทอร์เน็ตได้ตามปกติ สุขอนามัย : ความสะอาด สิ่งหนึ่งที่ต้องปรับปรุงคือมีกระดาษชำระเพียงแพ็คเดียวในอ่างล้างหน้าในห้องน้ำ และไม่มีเลยในห้องนอน สภาพแวดล้อม : ใกล้อาคารคิงดอมมาก และเดินทางสะดวกไปยังห้างสรรพสินค้าโดยรอบ การบริการ: พนักงานต้อนรับมีความกระตือรือร้นมาก พนักงานเสิร์ฟในร้านอาหารก็กระตือรือร้นมากเช่นกัน และทัศนคติในการบริการก็ดีที่สุดเท่าที่เคยมีมาในโรงแรมทั้งหมดที่ฉันเคยพักในต่างประเทศ
