No frills, no breakfast. Even the coffee maker in the lobby isn't working "due to Covid" still?
Person at the office has no personality. Just a quick check in and out.
Very basic but nicer then a Motel 6.
Furnishings looks a bit outdated but all I cared about is a bed to use and it was fine.
Shower is OK, not great and towels are very thin.
Swivel lock to secure the door was missing and for some reason the heater turned off during the night. Had to raise it to 80 at 5AM to get it to turn on. It had been at 72 and when I woke up the room definitely wasn't 72.
Their looked like a couple of homeless people staying there or hanging around. One asked the front desk for change, probably to use a washing machine if they have one since he was asking for a few dollars worth of quarters.
They didn't bother anyone nor was it noisy from anyone. The parking lot was fairly empty, so a Wednesday night, they were pretty empty.
It is a 3 story older hotel so I have no idea where suites would be or how they'd be. I doubt they would be what I would expect in a suite.
I think $100.00 a night is a bit much for this place but reading the reviews for lower priced hotels in the area, this had better reviews and maybe was in a better area.
The clothes rack had no hangers and was pulling out of the wall. I hung a few items on it and was wondering if it would fall. The room has a microwave and refrigerator. Only used the refrigerator which was fine. No coffee maker.
