A very special hotel steeped in culture and history. Comfortable and interesting. It’s staff are very professional and yet so friendly. Great stay but too short

We didn't know there was a 7 PM deadline for check-in. Unfortunately, the day of our arrival there was a huge windstorm / thunderstorm which made it impossible to drive a car for a couple of hours. Once the storm subsided, the main road from our location to the hotel to be unpassable due to trees being uprooted. When we got to the hotel, the key had been left with the employees at the bistro, but they didn't tell us where the rooms were. After wandering around the property for awhile we finally figured it out. The rooms were fine but musty. We wouldn't stay there again.

Tutto molto molto bello, location, camera, colazione, reception , La spa troppo costosa rispetto ad altri hotel 4/5 stelle visitati, comodo x visitare il castello di Rivalta a pochi metri dalla reception e altri castelli in zona

Camere in stile antico calde e accoglienti...receptionist gentile e simpatica...colazione piuttosto varia nel dolce...meno nel salato...l' optional spa privata non l' abbiamo provata x prezzo secondo noi eccessivo. Posizione strategica x visita castelli e borghi nei dintorni.

Ottima accoglienza all'arrivo, struttura di charme con atmosfera molto suggestiva. All'interno del borgo è possibile mangiare ottimamente. Tutto bello siamo stati molto bene. Ottimo per una fuga romantica. I nostri cagnolini sono stati accolti con simpatia e senza nessun supplemento.

Tutto molto incantevole sono stato più volte per viaggio di coppia ma tutte e tre le volte ho constatato che si dorme male a causa dei cuscini e materassi datati ( danno la sensazione di essere dell era del posto ), peccato veramente perché il posto è bellissimo
