Accueil très chaleureux et en français Chambre correcte et propre Personnel très compétent et très aimable Très bonne nourriture et surtout, le samedi soir, un buffet de desserts vraiment extraordinaire. Prix tout à fait correct pour la qualité des prestations !

1er séjour dans cet hôtel qui bénéficie comme son nom l'indique d'une vue exceptionnelle. Les + magnifique jardin - cuisine excellente - buffet petit-déjeuner parfait - propreté irréprochable - personnel aimable - piscine agréable. Les - nous étions dans une chambre donnant sur la route donc extrêmement bruyante (74) à éviter absolument - chambre sans climatisation donc une chaleur étouffante - voiture indispensable car éloigné de tout et les transports publics pas top - parcage voiture problématique .

Tout était parfait. L endroit, l accueil, la restauration, le service en salle etc… Une hôtesse de l accueil sachant parfaitement le français nous a conseillé plusieurs visites très intéressantes dans les belles vallées retirées. Un hôtel au top que je recommande sincèrement et où j aurai grand plaisir à y retourner. Service de navette depuis l hôtel pour les débarcadères

4 ème séjour dans ce magnifique hôtel où l'accueil est top, les chambres agréables. Le côté atypique donne tout son charme à cet endroit. Pas trop recommandé aux personnes à mobilité limitée. Une petite amélioration à faire pour faciliter l'accès dans la piscine (pose de 2 escaliers dans la partie la moins profonde par exemple). Mais je recommande vivement ce lieu

2ème fois que nous y séjournons mais cette fois avec nos chiens. Nous adorons l'emplacement, le calme et le cadre. Personnel très serviable et sympa. Un peu chaud dans les chambres mais propre et sans chichi. Des fleurs magnifiques. Un super déjeuner buffet avec du choix. Piscine très agréable

sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal. Die Aussicht auf den See in Richtung Locarno-Ascona ist ein Traum. Die Hotelanlage ist sehr gepflegt. Die Zimmer sind gemütlich eingerichtet und beinhalten alles was man braucht. Das Frühstücksbuffet lässt ebenfalls keine Wünsche offen. Wir kommen gerne wieder nach Vira!

Estuvimos una semana, excelentes vacaciones en un hotel elegante y acogedor. Pero el Departamento de Animación nos hizo pasar de los mejores momentos de nuestras vacaciones. Creativos y siempre preocupado porque pasáramos los mejores momentos. Indira!!! La chica del Club Hausse! Excelente sonriente y siempre atenta. Tienen un excelente equipo de animación. Gracias por todo 🙏 Regresaremos con gusto🌸
