Terrible place Pathetic staff The staff doesn't know the meaning of being a good host. They know how to piss the guest off. Cherry on top is that there is no electricity most of the time and the staff not even a little courteous to switch on the generator. Food never comes in the room on time it takes minimum 45-50 minutes for the guest to get the food. And by chance if the item you ordered is not available at the moment it gets cancelled on their behalf and the guest is not even informed.

Pathetic staff…. Terrible service…. The staff doesn’t know how to behave and talk with guests…. Food takes more than half an hour to come from the kitchen and if the item ordered is not available they cancel the order on their own and never bother to inform the guest. Don’t even have the courtesy to switch on the generator as most of the time there is no electricity.. TERRRIBLE TERRIBLE PLACE WONT EVER RECOMMEND.

Go on your own risk they serve non veg food in veg food they don't believe to wash the dishes. They don't know how to apologise. Don't even try them if you are vegetarian. If you want to meet the ***ager you have to take an appointment as he is very busy, on doing nothing. If anyone from ***agement is reading this review I'll be happy to meet them as I am from Rishikesh to share my experience with them directly.

Chambre pas clean, draps sales, endroit très bruyant, personnel pas aimable... très cher pour les prestations. Nous avons préféré partir que de passer une nuit ici! Pas de remboursement bien sûr, même la direction n'en n'avait rien à faire de nos remarques! À fuir. Nous avons trouvé beaucoup mieux pour la moitié du prix à quelques mètres.
