We had a wonderful time at this resort until it came time to check out. We were double charged for multiple items that were billed to the room and also the valet that parked the car put a dent in the door and somehow the car was out of gas, even though we gave it to the valet with a half a tank, almost as if someone was out joy riding in my car. The manager was no help with this and I am contemplating legal action. Most of the staff and the facility were amazing but it only takes one bad experience to ruin your stay.

The Hotel is the oldest in the complex/farm but the best located for easy access to the natural pools with hot spring water. Staff is extremely friendly, restaurants have very good and varied food. We spent 5 very relaxing days and wouldn’t exitate to come back. A must see place of fantastic Brasil beyond its beaches.

Hotel Pousada- It’s gotten pretty run down since we were last here 15 years ago. The food is very bad. Lots of leftovers from the day before. Mattresses are hard as a rock and pillows are basically very flat. The dining tables are not very clean. First thing in the morning the dining tables are still dirty from the night before. The park itself is still pretty nice. The wave pool is the nicest feature. Lots of snacks and drink kiosks everywhere but very expensive. The natural rock pools are nice to relax in- one of the few quiet areas. This is a family park so I can’t really complain about the noise. I think COVID took a toll on Brasil as the hospitality is not what it was even since 2018 when we were last in Brasil.

The hotel is the oldest in the Rio Quente complex But the best located for access to the natural pools. Staff is extremely friendly and food at the Casa de Cora main restaurant is very good and with a wealth of choices. A must visit place. The hotel has respected the surrounding nature of the area.

The place is a paradise! It will be great if you were to have one side just for adults. No kids . For business people just to relax. Servises and attention are excellent. Just build one side for adults only. I would love to come back when you build something like that. Thank you!

I've been to the resorts many many times since 1988. Hot Park is amazing and kids love it but.... Parque das Fontes is the same size since 1988 and when Hot Park closes at 5pm all the guest have only the Parque das Fontes to go. Problem is there are many new hotels and only that place to go at night. The pools were overcrowded and smelled of urine. Also, all the resorts of that size are all inclusive but this one. It seems that Pousada do Rio Quente tries to fleece their guests all that time. Itens are overpriced, Dinner is very expensive and doesn't meet the standards one would expect for that price level.
