Eu e meu marido paramos no restaurante desse hotel para almoçar e gostamos demais da comida. Pedi um nhoque a 4 queijos e meu marido, chorizo com fritas, é uma delícia. Atendimento excelente, havia pedido 2 bifes de chorizo mas cancelei um porque um era o bastante, eles foram muitos prestativos e cancelaram. Vale muitooo a pena!

Tuvimos que hospedarnos en otro kotel y se nota la diferencia pasamos al final de las vacaciones y como siempre cómodo espacioso super limpio exelente atención las habitaciones re cómodas y grandes los baños igual el desayuno exelwnte abundante y con muchísima variedad el mejor de rio 4 sin dudas

Realmente quiero felicitar a la gente q trabaja en este hotel..de primera la atencion la limpieza el desayuno!!todo re prolijo atentos al pasajero .lo elegimos para quedarnos una noche y seguir viaje pero no duden en aloj**** para unas vacaciones Me sorprendió gratamente ..lo recomiendo y pudimos pagarlo con previaje

Excelente hotel para descansar luego de un largo viaje o quedarte unos dias a disfrutar. Super confortable habitacion para 5 personas dividida en 2 habitaciones : cama matrimonial extra king y 3 camas individuales en el otro dormitorio. Baño super amplio y comodo. El hotel esta mantenido de manera excelente y con todos los detalles. El personal te asiste en cualquier momento y super atentos. Excelemte jardin con 2 piscinas mesas, reposeras y sillas. Gimnasio y sala de convenciones. El desayuno super completo incluido. La experiencia para la familia fue un 10. Mas que recomendable. Volveremos.

Volvimos, porque la primera vez la pasamos muy bien y no nos equivocamos. Habitación cómoda con vista al parque y a la piscina. Muy importante la cochera cubierta con capacidad para todos los autos, ya que es una zona de mucha piedra. Muy amables todos especialmente Jairo. No funciona el sistema de desayuno que implementaron por el Covid y ni siquiera tiene sentido desde el punto de vista epidemiológico, sugiero con total buena onda que lo revean, Habría que hacer un poco de mantenimiento en las habitaciones, pero se entienden la falencias por la crisis que por las que pasó el sector. Una cosa mas, estám exagerando un poco con los precios del restaurant. Igualmente cada vez que volvamos a rio cuarto será nuestro lugar de alojamiento sin dudarlo.

Servicio muy cordial como siempre, habitaciones limpias y bien equipadas, precios muy competitivos, un poco de mantenimiento sobre todo en los baños hace falta, el desayuno está bien completo y ofrecen productos de buena calidad. Es en promedio una excelente opcion en Rio IV.
