We had a lovely stay at the hotel. A wonderful location by the beach and opposite the Number 4 bus stop (stop 16) that runs frequently into Rimini. Lovely modern room and bathroom with comfortable beds, slippers and robes. Very friendly staff in the restaurant and it was nice that the waiter remembered my coffee choice each day. . The breakfast selection was very good, offering both cold and hot choices. When we needed a taxi, the reception staff arranged for the hotel manager to collect us from Rimini Fiera and when we were leaving he dropped us at the train station, which was very nice and much appreciated!

Older style hotel from the outside but looks like it's been modernised inside. The room was clean with plenty of storage space. Very small bathroom with older style fixtures and fittings buy all in working order. Mini bar fridge was cold. No USB charge points. Large bath in the actual room right next to the bed - not our cup of tea and took up lots of room. We did not have a balcony - what can best be described as a ledge but we were able to see the sea. Extra pillows were supplied on request. The breakfast room has a fantastic aspect overlooking the ocean . Good selection at breakfast - fresh cappuccino on request. Breakfast staff were very friendly and remembered our coffee order every day. We stayed the 2nd week of October and whilst the weather was still very warm lots of nearby restaurants, shops and hotels had closed down for the season. So we had the beach to ourselves! Towels provided by hotel. Upon check-in, we got sent link via email to information about the hotel / news feed. This link stated that "the beach restaurant 'La Tavernetta Sul Mare' with an agreement with the Ambienthotels Panoramic provides all guests with special vouchers for lunch or dinner on the beach". We took from this wording that the vouchers would provide some level of discount at this Taverna being guests of the hotel. This was not the case at all - as when we enquired about these vouchers we were told that these are only available for guests on half/full board whereas we were room + breakfast guests. This wording on the website needs to be updated to not be so misleading - it clearly states "all guests". At the end of our stay we had a 6:00am train from the station, so we checked out the night before, asked for a cab to be arranged to pick us up at 5:45am. However when we arrived at reception there was no-one at the desk and the hotel doors were locked so we could not get out. We called and called & then the cab arrived so we were on one side of the door - cab driver was on the other. Finally we got out onto the terrace & I managed to get myself down the wheelchair life to ground level. By this time finally someone had turned up to reception to let my husband out. Why the front door was locked was unknown why there was no-one at reception when they knew we were leaving at that time. Anyway - we got out and were on our way. It was a nice stay - but a couple of things soured it for us.

A very nice hotel, at a very nice spot in Rimini with seavieuw. Good and very tastefull food, rooms clean and cleaned dayly. Staff is very helpfull and friendly, Ambient Panoramic has an excellent price quality rate. I enjoyed our stay very much.

We been there for a one week with 2 years children. We can take food for baby when was sleep.Really clean room and nice food. Hotel is perfect for people with child.Thank you for everything we come back.

The hygiene of the rooms is perfect. The staff is always positive, smiling and helpful. On top the hotel is almost situated on the beach only separated by a quiet road. A 1 minute walk to the beach. Perfect beds and parasol at the beach. I like the fixed places (beds), also the fixed table in the restaurant. No search, rush or towel mentality. The breakfast is very large and also all the food for lunch and dinner is good. Even the house wine is excellent. We were positively surprised especially regarding the price/quality relation. Perfect stay.

Great stay from the beginning to the last day! Amazing staff (special thanks to Giada, Antonio, Natalia) There was very good and diverse food. We really enjoyed our holiday there, felt very welcome. Beach was clean and close to the hotel. Many shops near the hotel, delicious gelato. Everything was amazing.

Very friendly and helpful staf. You can come with any questions any time and they will help you. Restaurant surprised every day with something new and meal was fresh and tasty. Drinks were also good quality. Beach is just a few meters away. Excursions were also good organised and for reasonable money. In a word - a must visit place. Hope we'll be back in coming years.

Although the hotel officially only has 3 starts, it deserves 5 stars! It is an outstanding hotel, excellent and friendly staff, brilliant food, and extremely convenient position of the hotel directly opposite the beach. A wonderful stay and will definitely return.
