Hotel Ascot & Spa

This property had good reviews and it was ocean front. There were two types of rooms to choose from, sea view and regular. The sea view advertised a furnished balcony. We booked the sea view room and we were looking forward to hanging out on the balcony, enjoying the view of the ocean after a long day of traveling. It was more expensive but we needed the break. We got to our room and the view was only from the tiny balcony that faced north instead of towards the ocean. The balcony was so small only one person could stand out there at a time. At each end of the balcony were two small chairs that were not comfortable and you couldn't see anything but each other if you sat in them.Our room was dated and everything looked worn. The air conditioner was either on or off, you could not adjust it. The air intake for the air conditioner had a layer of dust on it covering the entire intake, it was really gross. I would not recommend this place, especially for the high price and not knowing if you're going to get the room they advertise.

Staff were very friendly. Hotel restaurant has great food, decent options around as well. Service was good. Beach view is very nice. Bathroom in the room we had was small, and the A/C was weak. Beach is extra charge which we did not know about. Otherwise everything was great!

Myself and two associates stayed at the Ascot Hotel while attending an exhibition in Rimini. The hotel was recommended by another associate as the best hotel in the the Rimini area. It definitely lives up to this statement. I have been attending this exhibition for years and indeed this hotel puts it altogether. The rooms are very in excellent condition and appointments perfect. We had both breakfast and dinner during our five day stay and both are superb. Try out the SPA if you are feeling a bit stiff or just some relaxation. The staff is the best I have experienced. Knowledgable, courteous, and very attentive. Simply put a wonderful hotel to stay. Timothy Pellizzer

We just got back from Ascot & Spa and will visit again. The hotel is right at the beach, the perfect location. We booked a sea view room, which was well worth it, stunning views. The room and bathroom (a little dated) were a bit on the small side but adequate for sleeping and showering. Very well cleaned every day with fresh towels and a load of toiletries. The hair dryer was not such a success, I was glad I brought my own. We paid to park our car in the garage, which was well worth it. The staff were very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much for them. The owners were also working in the hotel every day. We booked half board, the breakfast was very good with a big buffet and bubbles. Hot, cold food, sweet stuff, fresh fruit etc, etc. The evening meal was also very good, again with a big starter buffet, first course and second course with each 4 choices and big choice of desserts. The pool area was lovely, nice size pool and jacuzzi (both seawater and warm).,it was not too busy, enough sun loungers for this time a year, Might be a little bit of a problem in high season. Beach towels were provided and drinks from the bar brought to you outside by the pool or terrace. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel, direction Rimini and Riccione. Bikes can be borrowed from the hotel. Restaurants and shops in walking distance. Beach bars plus sun bed/umbrella rentals on the doorstep. All in all it was a great short break and well worth the long drive from home. We will be back.

Our second time at this hotel and we hope to return again. A special thank you to the management and staff who work so hard and made us feel very welcome. We had a sea-view room for which it is worth paying extra. The rooms are perfectly adequate in size. We, along with many other guests, had a half-board arrangement and this is incredible value. Easy access to Rimini centre from the bus stop at the hotel. Rimini Miramare train station is 10 minutes walk. A lovely new board walk adjacent to the hotel and along the beach front has been added since our first visit.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene. Hotel super pulito, la piscina riscaldata è stata una vera gioia, abbiamo inaugurato la bella stagione con dei bei bagni e tanto sole. Personalmente ho apprezzato molto la disponibilità della reception (e dei titolari ovviamente), nel momento della prenotazione. Venivo da un'esperienza di furto online e hanno assecondato ogni mia richiesta, permettendomi di stare senza pensieri. Consiglio per chi passa a Rimini questo hotel perché è sul mare e offre un'ottima pausa relax. Camera bella e spaziosa, con vista mare. Grazie ancora per i cioccolatini per il mio compleanno. Accoglienza ottima. Cucina impeccabile e alimenti freschissimi. Spa meravigliosa. Il personale sempre attento e cordiale. Ci torneremo più che volentieri. Anche se non abbiamo prenotato garage, per il parcheggio auto, non abbiamo avuto nessuna difficoltà

Ci ho passato tre notti. Camera pulita e spaziosa, forse il bagno è leggermente vetusto. Molto estese le aree comuni. Cucina buona se paragonata al costo della cena, colazione di buon livello, Spa adeguata. La cosa di cui mi complimento è la professionalità degli addetti. Ottimo hotel, sarebbe ancor meglio se potenziasse la vasca idromassaggio della Spa, e se offrisse pancakes e waffles a colazione

Abbiamo scoperto un vero gioiello a Rimini. È stato tutto perfetto, dall' accoglienza del sig Giovanni ,un vero professionista, e tutto il suo staff. Le colazioni e le cene sono state di gran livello. Molta scelta e preparazioni semplici ma gustose. La nostra camera era adeguata per 3 persone e sempre pulitissima come tutti gli spazi comuni. Anche in un periodo "morto" come questo ci siamo sentiti coccolati come se fossimo in piena stagione. Dobbiamo tornare per provare la piscina! Complimenti !
