Hotel was very nice and very clean. Room was spacious and clean. Front desk was professional and got me into my room before check in time. Hotel is in walking distance to a nice selection of restaurants. Parking is the only issue. Valet is offered but had to park in a garage across the street and pay but at least it was close.

My daughter's and I take a trip to Short Pump in Richmond, Virginia for shopping after Chris**as every year. This year I happen to have a $500 e-gift card that I had one from work earlier in the year, I decided to use that and pick this hotel. When we arrived to the hotel on Chris**as evening the young lady at the front desk didn't know how to enter my e-gift card so she informed me that she would just take my debit card charge me for the incidentals which was $40 for two nights and that someone tomorrow would be able to walk me through getting that added on to my room. I MADE IT CLEAR THAT I DIDNT WANT THE CARD I PUT ON FILE TO BE RAN AS THE PAYMENT UPON CHECKOUT. The next day I speak with a different person at the desk and he has to call for help in entering the e-gift card to my room. He assured me later that evening that the gift card was entered and I would not be charged on my debit card. The next morning I checked my bank account online at they pulled the money from my debit card. I understand that they don't get a lot of these to process but it's still an option nonetheless. I will be calling for I still have not received the credit back to my bank account!

The hotel was good. However, no in room safe and only a small amount of drawer space . Having a microwave was a plus

Need to have body lotion in the bathroom. Iron did not heat up. TV didn’t work. Don’t like charge for early check in.

I would highly recommend staying at this hotel. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I slept great. I was in town for business and stayed three nights. I enjoyed every bit of my stay. I would stay here again.

The shower was not clean. There was mold/mildew quite evident. Everything else about this hotel was amazing including the staff.

The staff of this location are rude and very slow. There is zero sense of urgency when helping their customers. I would stand in line for very long periods of time, just simply waiting for someone to come to the place where they would normally be at such as the bar or the front desk. In many situations, there was not a person there at the front desk, or at one of the other service areas and you would have to stand there and wait as a land formed, until they finally did show up. Then, when the people didn't show up, they were dressed in sweatpants and a T-shirt or jeans and a T-shirt. There was nothing that distinguish them as someone who works there as opposed from someone off the street, it was very unprofessional.

The valet service was and made it very difficult to pull up to the hotel and load or unload. Our rooms were never made up after the first night. We were improperly billed on our rooms and when we called we were put on hold for ten minutes and then told the manager, Susan would call us when she arrived 45 minutes later. We received no call and it has been 24 hours. The hotel is nice and well located but the service was the worse.
