Stayed her Fri/Sat night Got back to the hotel at 8.45 expecting to be able to eat in the restaurant, to be told there’s no staff, and the restaurant was closed!

I chose this hotel as we were celebrating a birthday and having a day at Kew Gardens. We have stayed here before so knew that it was good.

The room was ok and hotel was not too far from the centre of Richmond but with the usual for premier Inn of the heating and air conditioning control not actually connected to anything!, also the staff are not the best we tried to book a meal deal with a breakfast and was told by the gentleman on reception that it was booked only to arrive at breakfast the next morning to find it hadn't and we couldn't book it then as you can't have the breakfast before having the evening meal... which has never been a problem before. We ended up eating in Richmond and by the looks of the restaurant it was probably for the best.

Not really much to say, the particular members of staff working the Saturday night weren't great at all, and I was given the staff smoking room to sleep in which had the window fully open even passed the security measure and there was a sock still on the smoke alarm, you could smell the smoke before you even entered the room, bed was dirty and covered in hairs, someone's greasy head shape was still on the pillow. Clearly not fresh sheets.

A very quiet room considering on a busy road and flight path. Friendly staff, comfortable bed with a bath, and good breakfast.

Awesome service by Armond, thanks for making us feel welcome, we were late getting to the hotel, nothing was a problem at all. The rooms are comfortable, we asked for extra pillows late in the evening and they were delivered no problem. Will come again.

We stayed here after arriving by train. A nice easy walk from the station . We had a room on floor 2 , facing the back which was fine. Very pleased to have a window that allows fresh air in! Perfect base to walk to Kew Gardens along some of the very pretty tree lined roads of Richmond. We also caught a train to Windsor for the day , which was a beautiful town to wander around . Keen to come back and explore more!
