Pleasantly surprised by how much I liked this place given other reviews. It was great, and we can’t wait to go back! I had thought of staying in Burlington or Stowe but so happy to have stayed here. Beds were comfortable, room was clean. You can’t beat walking down stairs to slopes or ticket window or down the hall to Tavern for good food (salad & burger) and live music. Walking inside to get breakfast. Only downside was parking lot. Took 40 minutes to find parking Saturday morning (no sign for hotel parking although there is a designated area but the people parked were day trippers and only 2 had parking pass). The worst potholes I’ve ever seen & they were everywhere and unavoidable. Definitely need an SUV. Ski slopes are narrow and fun. Long hours & awesome

Love this property, has the VT charm, and don’t have to leave the property. Facilities could use some TLC, the main base restrooms/locker room was very worn down/old/dirty, could use a facelift!
One bad experience with staff at the breakfast restaurant, Tavern was closed due to water leak (understandable) so we were directed to the breakfast place for a drink, we were told by the young lady she couldn’t serve us because kitchen was closed. We made it clear we only wanted a drink, and Tavern was closed. Finally a manager came in and made it right and served us and a 2nd party. The lady then said she would charge us immediately as employees needed to go home, whcih made us paying guest feel unwelcomed, and we were the ones inconveniencing her.

our room was on the 5th floor facing the clock tower. People were partying outside until 2 AM. We had to turn the air conditioner on to drown out the noise.

The property is dated.The room we stayed in seemed somewhat updated but was small but clean and the bed and linens were comfortable. The shower was good.
The menu at the tavern was limited, the food was a bit pricey and not good quality. The server was friendly.

Loved our stay. Hotel external paint could be redone, but that didn’t bother me. Things were very clean, the staff was really nice, and the views and pools can’t be beat.

The resort was beautiful. Amazing views of the mountain . The tram was amazing experience. The only bad part it it wasn’t the resorts fault was the restaurant was closed and the café don’t have much to offer . But the good thing there is great food about 20 minutes away in Waterbury village

We stayed here for one night because the hotels in Burlington were too expensive. Much better value since we had a car. Not fancy but clean and pleasant and about 40 minutes outside Burlington.

Quiet and friendly. Would be nice if the pool was open later. Some construction but it wasn't in our way.
