Em uma estadia de 4 dias, enfrentamos: elevador quebrado, sistema inoperante, falha na chave de acesso ao quarto todos os dias, briga entre funcionários.

O ar condicionado do quarto estava pingando água. Os elevadores não estavam funcionando a noite, e o quarto ficava no quinto andar. O hotel estava em reforma. (Hospedagem em dezembro de 2023 - quarto 503)

Atendimento muito ruim,as atendentes da recepção dão muito desagradáveis,quando cheguei para fazer chek in esperei mais ou menos uns 50min,pois o quarto não estava pronto. Espero que a avaliação sirva para melhoras no hotel.

hotel bom excelente localizacao e bom cafe da manha...infelizmente com uma atendente totalmente despreparada para a funcao... nao sei qual o Errol mas solicitei o pagamento no credito e ela efetivou no debito....so reclamar essa atendente alem de ser mal educada nao se interessou em resolver o problema...precisa ser treinada ou simplesmente dispensada...ainda nao recebi esclarecinento sober o erro...

Esperava muito mais do hotel, principalmente por usar bastante a rede. Fui com uma amiga e estava no pedido de reserva um quarto duplo com duas camas, na recepção confirmamos e quando chegamos no quarto uma cama de casal. Descemos para trocar e a moça da recepção, embora tenha trocado, atendeu outras pessoas no meio e com um descasa que jamais vi. O quarto com os móveis já bem desgastados deixou bem a desejar, com mobilia velha, roupas de cama e banho gastas e o banheiro com ar de sujo.
