Room was clean and Nice. Breakfast was great. Personal was very kind. Swimming pool was great. Dinner was great. I Will come again. I will recommand this beautiful hotel

Unprofessional staff , unorganized, poor Wi-Fi
There was no access to the pool due to a wedding event, not a lot food options. Had to cut the amount of days stayed due to me and my family being unsatisfied.

Large complexe en bord de mer à 2 ou 3 Kms du centre. Très bon accueil/ personnel à l'écoute et accommodant (pour le petit déjeuner par exemple). chambre vue mer avec balcon. Piscine eau de mer très agréable et le top une digue construite devant permet de nager en mer protégé. L'hotel était vide mais celà ne nous a pas dérangé au contraire. Je recommende le restaurant : plats très bons et copieux. A ce tarif je recommende.

C’est une colonie de vacances pour la capitale.
Piscine publique payante, avec repas de baptêmes noces les week-ends .
Vous-vous trouvez loin de tout sans autre choix, dans une chambre qui ressemblerait plutôt à des dortoirs.

Lits cassés, chambres non nettoyées, prix non affichés, sale, vide il n’y a pratiquement pas de clients c’est sordide ! Un manager pas du tout commerçant, l’impression que le peu de clients qu’il a il veut leur faire payer un maximum ! A fuir !!!

Hotel pied dans l'eau, un vue magnifique, un personnel très agréable et gentil. L'hôtel est très propre c'est un lieu que je recommande +++ Je reviendrai avec plaisir. Liliane à l'accueil est d'une gentillesse exceptionnelle. La navette de l'hôtel vous permet d'aller à Praia, et le chauffeur malgré la barrière de la langue est très gentil. Remarque ne sachant pas parler ni portugais ni anglais le personnel fait le maximum c'est vraiment top.

J'ai passé une semaine cauchemardesque à l'hôtel Vulcao, WC sale, bestioles partout, même dans mon lit, aucun des services proposés n'est disponible, j'ai réclamé à changer de chambre, cela n'a été fait que la veille de mon départ, et j'ai trouvé la salle de bain inondée dans cette nouvelle chambre, mais la cerise sur le gâteau est Ue j'ai surpris la femme de ménage en train de fouiller dans mes affaires. FUYEZ CET HOTEL !!! Chambres : 1/5 | Service :
