This property is brand new, clean and quiet. The area surrounding it has plenty of restaurants and shopping. Great location and staff

This is the third time I have stayed at this establishment and I plan on returning at some point. The staff is amazing, it is clean, well kept, the staff is prompt to respond to any questions, the facility is just overall amazing. I love staying here.

The hotel is new so it is clean and in good shape overall. The location is very noisy. I asked for a room on the back side away from the freeway, however, the room we received was at the end of the building, close to the freeway and side street traffic. Although we were on the top floor, the noise was very loud, even with earplugs, resulting in a lack of sleep. Otherwise, good experience overall.

Nothing about this property is positive. Customer service is terrible and I was told I could not speak with a general manager. Also, I was denied a receipt. Worker friends are allowed to have access to sensitive guest data. Would never recommend this hotel chain.

Very nice and clean. Beautiful, large, cozy patio, inviting lobby and lounge area, nice well stocked bar, great bartender, excellent outdoor pool and spa, comfortable and modern rooms. Nice bathtub!

The property is perfectly located next to a big shopping center that has food, fun, and shopping. The Hotel is small and it has a cozy feel. As you walk in staff greets you, and the breakfast area/ bar gives the entrance a welcoming feeling.

The shower had hair in it and the body wash was empty. The sheets were pilled and rough to sleep on. Disappointed as the hotel seemed to be really nice online.

Everything here was great. The bathrooms were a little odd, barn doors aren't the best for privacy, but all in all everything was fantastic.
