Marine Holiday Park

We had a brilliant time and so did the kids we ate at the cafe on marine park twice and the food was absolutely delicious and very well priced the lady that owns the cafe was very helpful very polite and just a pleasure to speak to! 100% recommend marine holiday park for a get away! Coming back in 4 weeks thankyou for a great time!

I don't normally leave reviews as I believe a good business doesn't need any help. I feel so disappointed and let down that I feel it necessary on this occasion. Where do I start!!!! Horrible holiday cut short on purpose. Family friendly? I doubt it very much. Police came on the site, really friendly. I'm in the bar and there are kids of all ages running amock riding scooters, throwing things and shouting and swearing. Those that aren't running around are on the stage and behind the big screen. People openly doing ***** sta at their tables, probably why the police came. The staff definitely allow and even serve the locals from the estate close by onto the park. I over heard apparent owners saying 'what exactly are we paying for if they keep allowing this lot on' The bar is over priced, yes I get that it's a holiday camp but 3 drinks and didn't get change from a £20. Seriously? I can't stand it, I'm going the outside bar, it'll be nice and quiet, it was quiet, well closed, so that's why it was so quiet. Bank holiday weekend and a bar isn't open. The pool, yes the pool looks good but that's about it, the lifeguards clearly don't care, sat on the chairs feet in water, you're not on holiday, I'm supposed to be. The music way too loud and wholey inappropriate for a public area with young children. The toilets in the pool are filthy, I doubt they ever get cleaned. Definitely not returning and would advise others to look at reviews properly before booking. Owners reviews are clearly skewed to support a horrible park. I think I'll stick to prestatyn in future

All staff very friendly and sites clean all you need here for a young family We bought our van 5 years ago and the kids love coming to see there friends and extended family A lovely community for all ages and close to all local facilities in walking distance to Rhyl and the train station

Love this place, sadly we couldn't come last year. The van I normally rent was already booked out. The whole park is lovely and clean, I was hoping the booking system for the pool was over but clearly it works for them. It wasn't too busy so was able to get a good few swims in. Lovely to see Karen and her delightful staff again. We genuinely feel that Karen missed us as much as we missed the park last year, she just seemed so happy to see us all, commented about how tall the boys were getting, she clearly remembers and cares about her customers. The food as always AMAZING KAREN THANK YOU. My youngest wanted ice cream constantly, and it was never a problem at anytime of the day for the cafe staff to help us. It keeps him happy so I'm happy 😁. We have already booked a van from someone on Facebook for early July and can not wait to be back. I sometimes wish I could stay longer

It like being a part of a community onsite ❤️ The kids enjoy swimming, the food at cafe is delish and the evening entertainment is always fab 💫 staff are lovely and go above and beyond and events are well managed 👌🏻 I love being in my Happy Place 😊

Fab site and amazingly helpful staff. We were looking to buy a caravan there as we have a few friends on site who can’t say enough about it. The sales girls were so helpful and attentive. Full of information about the site, facilities and the caravans. We will be back either as holiday makers or owners that’s for sure.

I'm a fairly new owner as we had a bad experience on another holiday park, when we come to marine holiday park lousie bent over backwards for us and got us 3 grand more for our caravan and even now the staff are lovely never pushed to buy or upgrade I can let my kids who have autism and adhd on the park without worry and love the actives they have on for kids and live bands outside in summer for kids and adults

Been visiting marine holiday park as just renters with my family over 10 years ago! We loved It that much my mum purchased one! We gained friends and are all like one big family on the park! We’ve recently upgraded the caravan with the help of the amazing sales team, Louise, Hannah & Rhiann and we are made up! We were that made up our family member joined us in buying another caravan for rental use so now more renters can see experience the marine one. The park is kept clean and prestine at all times & we wouldn’t wanna be anywhere else! We’ve tried other parks and we always came back to this one! ENOUGH SAID. Beautiful park 100000% recommend x

Myself and my family have just had an amazing weekend here. We would like to give a special thanks to Angela our guardian angel, the cleanliness of your caravans is outstanding you could eat your dinner off the floor,but if it hadn’t been for your help our weekend would of been a disaster. Amazing customer service and the friendliest person I’ve ever met. Rio the manager thanks to you for bending over backwards to ensure my family had a good weekend. The whole site was immaculate. The cafe has a great menu and reasonably priced and very clean. Swimming pool again really clean including toilets and showers.The staff at the pool really friendly as well. Caravan was really comfy, nice pillows and comfy beds. Very spacious . Top marks from us for…. Cleanliness, friendliness,Atmosphere,Amenities. Very good location for Rhyl and surrounding areas.
