As expected. High quality rooms and cleanliness. Friendly staff. FREE parking, which you don’t often get. Good check out time. Altogether a pleasant experience.

Super quiet in room, and very comfy bed. All the usual things provided - tea & coffee, hairdryer, extra pillows, enough towels. Breakfast at Table Table next door was good, although service could've been quicker.

Good service, excellent food( breakfast) staff couldn’t do enough to make me feel welcome, only downside side was taxi service wasn’t good, nothing to do with the hotel

Beds are really comfy, team really friendly and helpful, giving us tips of where to visit locally and just being really welcoming. It's a good place to use for a base to visit Rhyl, Prestatyn or even Rhuddlan itself. Really enjoyed our family stay

Had a lovely stay here. Yvette was great and sorted out a booking mix up upon checking in quickly and smoothly and we really appreciated it, she was lovely. Location was great. Had food in the KFC next door, drinks in the bar and being next to Aldi and Starbucks too was a bonus. Room was clean and comfortable and we slept well. We often visit North Wales and will be returning here again, really enjoyed it.

Smiling friendly staff . Very comfortable indeed. Staff were really helpful . Rooms beautifully clean . Comfy beds . Nice quiet location with a friendly pub/ bistro next door where dinner/ breakfast were available at really reasonable price . Really recommend this hotel

I have stayed here on numerous occasions and each time has been excellent, and i've never have any issues/faults with the place. I always receive a warm welcoming check in, all the staff are extremely friendly and would do anything to help. The rooms are always spotless and have everything i need. Location is always perfect for me when visiting family. There's also Aldi for your essentials and the Village Masala for a great indian. The meals next door in Table Table are always great.
