Rodos Princess Beach Hotel

Plus - crystal clear water, nice beach, excelent food, restaurant on the beach, spacious room Minus - we stayed at ground floor room - had ants in the room, at the bathroom, anywhere, some small bug and spiders, nothing scary but really annoying. Summary - nice and clean hotel, if you are with kids and do not want to care about anything, it is a very good place to stay

Overall we had a great holiday, the facilities in the hotel were lovely, including a nice big pool. It is something to bear in mind that as a young couple there were some aspects we didn’t enjoy. Pros * The beach bar was great, especially gyros which were delicious * A lovely clean beach a short walk down from the hotel with beds free of charge and the beach bar there for anything you need in the day * The sea view room we upgraded to was beautiful, modern and quiet * The A la carte restaurants were great, you get x2 Venus restaurant meals and x1 Asian restaurant meals included in the all inclusive, book in advance. Our favourite was the Greek theme at Venus restaurant. * Overall the buffet food was nice considering it was mass catering, the cooking stations at the buffets, were my favourite including fresh omelettes at breakfast * The Patisserie was delightful, the crepes were amazing! I loved that you could get a fresh crêpe at any point in the day. * The staff were friendly and hard working * There was a good shower room for late checkout Cons * The hotel was extremely busy and noisy, kept feeling like I was bumping into people every time I walked somewhere. I didn’t feel that I could fully relax * The Sunbeds round the pool were crammed in and you had to be at the pool early to get a bed * The main restaurant was extremely noisy and felt like a school dining hall, the only relief was if you managed to get a table outside * The hotel don’t provide any mini toiletries, we had to ask for them to be delivered. I would recommend that they top these up to all guests * I noticed birds nests all over the hotel, thought it was a bit odd, why didn’t they get rid of them. A bit unhygienic * There was no iron in the room and when we asked they said they don’t provide irons to guests * When we arrived we had booked an economy room and we didn’t realise it was in a separate complex across the road and up a hill, the room was extremely outdated and we wouldn’t have been happy staying there so we paid to upgrade to a sea view the first morning and it made a much more enjoyable stay. I would recommend that the hotel has an adults only area and entertainment for adults to make it a more adult/couple friendly hotel. The entertainment was geared towards kids, we felt very out of place as a couple. Overall it is a nice hotel but I would only return with a family of my own.

We have visited at Rodos Princess already 3 times and always returned with a smile on our face. This is great place to stay. Food is good, and there is always enough options no matter if you are a small child or an adult. Crepes are really good as well as pizza from the beach bar. Rooms are very nice and spacious enough. The staff is great and entertainment team suberb. We all enjoyed the shows as well as the daytime programs. I can also give my best recommendations to the spa, visited there twice during our stay. Looking so much for the next summer, we will return… again 😊

It was just amazing the friends I have made in Sparta is just brilliant the food was amazing and the pools and the beach was to die for the catering was fab had no problems would definitely go again can’t wait for next year

Such a lovely hotel, staff are friendly, food is great, plenty of choices throughout the day, and great drinks. We had a sea view room in block 6, it was quiet with an amazing view of the coast. The rooms are spacious with a large terrace or balcony. We ate in all the restaurants, the free Asian one I felt didn’t have a lot of choice but food was nice. You have to pay for some drinks on the themed nights, some you do include beer and soft drinks. The beach bar is great and gives you the real holiday vibe. If you go to the beach we had no problem getting beds, the pool sun beds there are plenty too. Whilst we were there if towels were left for say half hour first thing they were removed which is how it should be so plenty of sun beds. We also walked along the bottom rd (between beach and hotel) if you walk to the right there is 4/5 lovely restaurants with amazing food. If you walk to the left there is also restaurants and if you follow the spotlight there is a great beach bar with amazing cocktails. We explored for two days with a hire car, roads town is nice, lots of shops reminded me of Moroccan market. I would totally recommend the hotel they really do go out their way to ensure your stay is perfect.

A good family hotel. What was truly amazing was how everything just worked, and almost nothing ran out (as an all inclusive hotel). This takes a immense effort behind the scenes, and the staff clearly run like clockwork and to deliver an amazing family experience. The entertainment team was amazing, working morning, day and night.

Since returning and posting my review, I read other reviews from people who claim to have been there when we were, but seem to be telling Porkies or weren’t actually there. ‘No Bar anywhere near the Kids entertainment venue’ - there’s a bar twenty metres away. Whining about the Saltwater pool - it’s hardly kept secret, so why book? I was in it Daily for ten Days, and guess what, no Goggles no sore eyes and no throat issues! The Resort full of Families with young Kids, it’s a Family resort, so quite why someone would say there was no one under fifty is a little odd. There were some over fifties couples, but not many, even some over fifties with young Kids, myself included! I love to moan about stuff, but only when it’s deserved. If reviewers are insistent on writing fiction, stick to a more suitable forum. Just grow up folks

The best hotel in Kiatori - staff are fantastic - it’s very clean and friendly - not a loud hotel so nice and chilled - the rooms are good with a mini bar and good views out to the sea - we hired a car which was £100 for the day but on Y coz we chose the Audi Cabriolet lol - there were much cheaper cars there and all you need is your driving licence. - no deposit required. Although the wild fires destroyed the hotel slightly we will definitely be back next year - this was our 4th visit

We got caught up in the wildfires in Rhodes. Hotel kept playing down the situation then it was panic stations when they did evacuate. Most of the staff left with guests. There was no fire alarm rung when evacuating. Pepe still in the pool and bar. Staff tried to tell us to go back to our rooms. Only one coach to evacuate whole hotel. Jet2 offered no support or help. Totally abandoned and put in more danger. Complained to hotel no response
