Super schöne Appartement - Anlage in einer Anhöhe von Faliraki. Sehr gepflegte Außenanlage inklusive Swimmingpool mit Whirlpool. Tolles kleines Restaurant am Pool mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Reichhaltiges Frühstücks Angebot. Kleiner Supermark mit dem nötigsten auch auf dem Gelände. Sehr schöne Appartements im renovierten Teil der Anlage. Preiswerte und saubere Appartements im nicht renovierten Teil. Kostenloser Shuttle Service mehrmals am Tag nach Faliraki. Haustiere erlaubt 👍 Wir haben uns dort mit kleinem Hund sehr ,sehr wohl gefühlt! Sehr empfehlenswert!!!!

Wasn’t too busy when we went! Was absolutely fun. Friendly staff. The breakfast was amazing too. The view from the room we got was phenomenal to be honest. We also got a free drop off and pick up to the beach from the hotel keepers which was nice since they dont have Uber in the city.

Dreadfull from start to finish rude staff especially Phillip and Charlie. So some reason thought I was fun to be very argumentive. Hotel was nothing like the website you pay money up for extra upgrades and you get a carpark and a farmers field at the back that's not even there farm and call it a garden view. No cleaning in the rooms Rooms very poorly equipped only a kettle fridge and and a 2hob no microwave no toaster or even a hairdryer. No coffee or teas left for you like started on the website no clean towels or toilet roll You have to go and ask even for bedding as they only supply a sheet which is to cover the bed mattress. The rooms are old tired from 1930s not even a bottle of water for you. Hotel from hell. Rude staff and a complete waste of money . Broken shower as wall clip is broken they charge you for air conditioning at 32 degrees even thou it's in with your booking. For the hotel. No cleaning of the room for the full week. And no microwave or toaster Where they had they ⭐from I think 🤔 they might be writing the reports for themselves

Where do I start The hotel we booked looked nothing like the pictures we saw . Book a garden view room which cost us more also air conditioning was included in our booking. When we arrived we just looked in complete shock it look like a run down hostel. The staff were okay but Phillip there was a little odd asked are here staying for the ***** club and was one of my friend the dancer there. Sent to our room which should of been a garden view and we had a carpark view no garden then was told that we had to pay another 70 euro for the air conditioning so went to our room it was dreadfull furniture from 1940 no shower the place was stinking. No blankets for the bed we had to ask for extra pillow and blanket as it was just a sheet there no other bedding. Went over to show them they said we have a garden view at the back of our room by the front door with no view 😔 All was there was a field not even theirs We had no cleaner for the full week we were there had to ask for towels and toilet paper and was asked if we had been on the loo all day 👀 I just looked in shock. My friend that was with me very ill and was stuck in the room for over 3 days not once did they come with any towels or clean it was the worst holiday I ever be on. I got in touch with the company I booked with and we had payed extra for the garden room and the air conditioning was in the price so Phillip that works there is a complete fraud,telling us that's what we payed for even when I showed him everything on the booking. Everything in this hotel is terrible. They should never be able to sell holiday to this hotel it was a complete nightmare from hell. If you seen the film hills have eyes 👀 your welcome to stay there.

Stayed here at the beginning of October as a solo female traveller and had a great stay, where I felt safe and welcomed. I don’t understand the negative reviews, these are family run, authentic Greek apartments and don’t advertise themselves otherwise. Agreed it’s not the Ritz, but you don’t pay Ritz money to stay here 😊. The whole complex is spotless, my room was cleaned every day, towels & bedding changed regularly, and an abundance of toilet rolls left. The staff are great, will just leave you to it, but there if you need them…..perfect. I had an issue with my kettle shorting the electrics which was remedied straight away. I asked for more bedding and was given this without question. I utilised the fridge and cooking facilities in my room every day, and managed to cobble together a few meals. Due to the amount of walking I did, I only used Charlie’s shuttle once during my trip but it’s a great service running at 11am/5pm/8pm. As a Hillside guest, you get 10% off a couple of restaurants near the drop off/pick up site. I had a Gyros meal at Eat Greek which was ok. The pool area is lovely with plenty of loungers and there are towels for you to use which is a nice touch. The walk to a supermarket is 0.7 miles and takes around 12 minutes dependant on ability. They will give you a lift back if you spend over 50 Euros. It is then only a few more minutes walk to the main beach and Faliraki centre. I beach hopped each day with the walk to Anthony Quinn Bay being exactly 3 miles and took around 58 minutes. I can recommend ‘Golden Hands’ for a massage, hotel collection and drop off which was included in the price: full body masssge, 35 Euros. I also went zip lining which was good, again, hotel pick up and drop off included in the 15 Euro price. I had trouble finding a quad biking trip for under 150 Euros but that may be due to end of season limited availability. All in all, a great holiday with lovely weather in the low 30’s and where I felt safe as a solo female traveller. Thank you Hillside, I will definately be back 😊

Had the best time staying at Hillside.. all of the staff were very friendly and accommodating, it had that ‘family run’ feeling to it which was a good thing! :) an extra mention to Charlie who runs the minibus into faliraki town (and back) three times a day at 11:00, 17:00, 20:00.. this was very handy as we got the morning lift down to the beach, the evening lift back to the hotel to have a shower and get ready.. and the night lift back down to enjoy some drinks and food.. meaning we only had to do the walk once.. which only took around 15-20 minutes.. Can’t thank Charlie enough for this free service! :) The hotel room itself was enough for what we needed.. comfortable beds, nice hot shower and it had a nice balcony to watch the sunrise which was stunning! The room was cleaned everyday other than a Sunday, fresh towels every two days, and sheets changed every three days.. this was more than enough! :) The pool area was nice.. the pool water not too cold and was refreshing in the heat, the jacuzzi was a nice relaxing touch! :) Although we didn’t eat at the hotel much, the food we did have was great.. I recommend the carbonara accompanied with a nice cold Mythos :) To sum it up, we had a great time staying at hillside and would definitely come back! :) thanks to everyone that made our stay in Rhodes great! ☀️ 🇬🇷

The worst place I have ever stayed at. Arrived and charged 70 Euros for air con. Got to our room and we were stunned. We had booked a garden view room but we were put in a room facing reception and other apartments. No blankets on the bed or in the room, had to ask for them. Furniture was old and broken, even had a chair that had been stitched up. Bed was uncomfortable and the springs poked into you making it hard to sleep. The room had not been cleaned adequately, door handles on kitchen units etc were filthy. Bathroom was dirty, the shower tray was stinking as well as the plug hole. There was a leak in the bathroom and the floor was constantly covered in water. No cleaners came for the week we were there. No clean towels in a week, no toilet rolls and when we asked for some 4 days after arriving my friend was insulted by the man at reception, who asked her if she had been on the toilet all the time. Sorry but this is not how you speak to guests. Our bins were over flowing with rubbish. The balcony was dirty and the plastic table and chairs marked and dirty. It is at least a 40 minute walk to town which is dead and everything closes early. The prices are atrocious. It is a run down and awful place both town and hotel. Food was not great I had a few omelettes they were so thin and small they would not have fed a child. I was served chips which were not cooked in the middle. The bbq was good. My friend also had a run in with the shuttle driver who did not stick to drop off and pick up times, often leaving town early and you had to wait until 8pm for the next one. He was quite arrogant and called her a liar. The ladies at the hotel were really nice. Needless to say we will not return to the "Hills have eyes hotel" or to Faliraki. They did offer us another room when we complained but it had a double bed, so was not suitable for us. A week of hell, returned home with flu and pneumonia which started 24 hours after I arrived there.
