Absolutely amazing and faultless hotel with super kind people.

We had stayed at Atrium Prestige many years ago, so when looking for a get away for my Wife and I’s honeymoon, Atrium was top of the list. We originally decided to stay at Atrium Platinum, when we arrived we had a daunting feeling that we had made a huge mistake and it wasn’t what we had expected, having stayed at Prestige. After a discussion with the Tui rep, Platium manager and my wife reconnecting with the operations manager, Katerina, we were relocated back to Prestige. The feeling we had when we first walked in was that of relief. We truly felt home, and now the honeymoon could start… and so it did. What an amazing time we had. Some things had changed ever so slightly since our last visit which we welcomed, all for the better may I add. The food was great in all areas apart from a slight mishap at the Thalasso restaurant where we ordered deserts, waited 30 minutes for them to then realise the order hadn’t gone through. On the food front, I’d like to extent a massive thank you to Janni at the a la carte restaurant. He’s just the best. A true gentleman and can’t do enough for you. Janni, thank you! The drinks were amazing, real professional made cocktails with quality ingredients and a no expense spared feel. I recommend the passion fruit daiquiri, it is absolutely addictive. My wife and I couldn’t not order one relaxing by the pool. The service at the pool bar, beach bar and main bar was nothing but exceptional and with my wife and I being a young married couple, we got on with all of the bar staff, but I would like to specifically mention Rafael. He was fantastic, very tentative, quick, great conversation and a great young man with a good head on his shoulders. Thank you Raf! All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Atrium prestige, and I don’t think this would have been possible without the ops manager, Katerina. Thank you so much Katerina, you well and truly saved our honeymoon and we will be forever thankful. You are an amazing human being, an irreplaceable asset at the Atrium brand and we pray to see you next year when we return to Prestige. Please don’t take this review as a dig at the Platium hotel, it was lovely, but not what we had expected. If you have been to them both, you would understand what I mean in an instant. One thing I would say needs a little upgrading at Prestige is the gym. Being a big gym enthusiast, I can say the facilities at Platinum far surpass that of Prestige with newer and more varied equipment. I can honestly say that I thought I would never be the type of person to book the same hotel more than once, but with our experiences at Atrium Prestige, we know we will be back next year, and in the years to come. What can I say, the staff were so attentive, the food phenomenal, the cocktails were spectacular from every bar we attended (even though they got one of our orders wrong, they corrected it immediately) The pools and the pool bar, was more than expected, with the water being cold, but extremely pleasant, one thing to add was the attention of Rafa, every single night with great care he tended to our needs in the main bar, and the Lobster Night was something out of this world. In conclusion, we'd like to add the amazing experience we had with the animation team, specially Aigun and Pedro, they exceeded in their generosity, hospitality and camaraderie. We will not forget the good rounds of mini-golf and the amazing night entertainment that they brought with themselves. With this we will definitely be coming back, and enjoy every fructivorous option that this mighty hotel has to offer

We're just back from a 10 night holiday at this wonderful hotel. This hotel is one of the best hotels we have stayed in over the years. All the staff in this hotel are wonderful and all go that extra mile to make your stay special. The cleanliness of the hotel is exceptional in all areas, and the evening entertainment was different and enjoyable every night. It was even enjoyable watching the children's entertainers doing their stuff with the kids before the adult shows. We used all of the different restaurants in the hotel, and the food standard and service were exceptional also We will definitely be back. Brian & Jackie Burnett

My stay during May 2024, was nothing short of spectacular. The hotel’s beauty is matched only by the exceptional staff who made my stay unforgettable. The hotel itself is stunning, with luxurious amenities and beautifully maintained surroundings. Every aspect of the hotel, from the rooms to the common areas, was impeccably clean and stylishly decorated. The manager, Enias Kiritsis, and his team were exceptionally welcoming and friendly. Their hospitality made me feel right at home. I especially want to thank Voula and Sakis from the pool bar, who were an absolute joy to interact with. Their service was top-notch and added a personal touch to my stay. The food at the hotel was of excellent standards. Every meal was a delight, with a variety of options that catered to all tastes. The service was consistently outstanding, making every dining experience a pleasure. One of the highlights of my stay was the diving courses I took with DiveMed, located within the hotel complex. Lee, who organised my courses, was incredibly helpful and reassuring throughout. My dive instructor, Rami, was an exceptional tutor with great patience. The diving experiences, especially along Lindos Wall and the shipwreck dive, were among my favourites. I highly recommend both the dive experience and the hotel to anyone seeking first-class treatment and surroundings. The combination of the luxurious hotel, fantastic staff, and thrilling diving adventures made my trip truly memorable.

We came to revisit Rhodos. Atrium Prestige Hotel a dream! Invites to stay forever. Regrettably, our stay was limited to one week. Greek hospitality at its finest. We will come again. Our sincere thanks to the friendliest guest oriented Artium Prestige staff for making every day a super special day. A special "Thank You" for the special surprise on the occasion on my birthday!

The staff are really wonderful, friendly and helpful, Janis in the pool restaurant was exceptionally good, the food is lovely, very large portions! Demetiros in the a la carte restaurants was friendly, caring and wonderful service.The shrimp tempura is a must and so is the sous vide fillet of beef, delicious. Enias the hotel manager can't do enough to make your stay the best ever! Kristina is also a lovely member of staff, thoughtful and fun. So many fantastic members of staff, from housekeeping, pool waiters, bar waiters, lobby staff to carry your cases at every moment, reception staff, a top team, thanks again Atrium brand, you are truly brilliant!

One of the highlights of our time there was undoubtedly the exceptional service provided by the animation team. Their fantastic sports and fitness programs kept us active and entertained throughout our stay, and we're incredibly grateful for their efforts.
