We had the most relaxing week at Casa Cook Rhodes. Every inch of the place is stunning, and set amongst the most incredible mountain view backdrop. There is a great gym, with a big separate space indoor and outdoor for yoga/ hiit workouts. There’s also a beautiful spa where we both had a Swedish massage. The food at the hotel is really, really good. Breakfast had every option you could think of, and the service was brilliant. We ended up eating dinner at the hotel most nights as it was so good! Christopher and his team were great, made us feel very special! Would 100% recommend staying here if you want a super relaxing week with good food

The beautiful location and our choice of accommodation alone should’ve made this a 5 star review. We stayed in a prestige pool suite. The decor was stylish with a beautiful private outdoor pool and garden space at the foot of an impressively rugged mountain range. Days spent by the pool in this private haven were heaven. The hotel restaurant offers a good variety of evening meals, catering well for vegetarians and vegans. We had a car so ate out a lot as well. Breakfast was hit and miss. Plant based milks are hidden away in the kitchen meaning you have to request and wait to be granted a small jug before you can begin your breakfast routine. Cereal and fruit are the only consistent vegan options which quickly became boring. The scrambled eggs should have been a safe vegetarian choice but most mornings had fish or meat added to them. There appears to be a secret breakfast menu that some guests knowingly order from e.g. different types of eggs or avocado. We had an issue with our air con on the third night meaning we were moved to a basic standard room to attempt to sleep at 3:30am. The air con in our room wasn’t broken, it simply required access to the master unit so should’ve been an easy fix but took 4 phone calls and 3 trips to our room to resolve. The next day was a write off as we were both so exhausted. The receptionist we dealt with was unapologetic and complacent. An apology and a good will gesture of some sort would’ve gone a long way to helping us feel like valued guests, but her customer service fell way short for a 5 star hotel.

The staff and the hotel is stunning! The manager of the restaurant Christoforos made our experience feel so good with friendly service! We recommends for everyone who want to have special vacation. Room is amazing we tool the one with the private pool and its amazing

We stayed 4 nights in casa cook’s private pool suite and it was above all of our expectations! Clean room, private pool, and the facilities are amazing, no need to leave the hotel! The staff is friendly and professional, Christofos the manager took amazing care of us and made this experience way more than just a hotel stay.

We spent our honeymoon at Casa Cook Rhodes in May 2024. The hotel is a 12/10, beautiful and aesthetic, amazing food and the best service we ever experienced in a hotel! Especially Christopher and Kristos did an amazing job. We will come back for sure :)

Our stay at Casa Cook Rhodes has been magical from beginning to end. The place and the staff have truly made this experience unforgettable. Special thanks to Christopher, Aggela, Tanya, Kostas, Vasilis, Lucie, Petros, Theodor, Tsablika, and Nicole. I'm sure I might have missed some names, but everyone has been wonderful. We are in love with everything here and will definitely be back.

Perfect location for us. Lovely quiet area and we were fortunate to get a room up the back of the hotel rather than a room that had people walking to and from the main pool so we’d lay in the sun on our private terrace and watch people climb up the hill towards the tsambika monastery. We had a super relaxing chilled week here. Breakfast was plentiful. Lots of choice and the egg and pancake lady was always super happy to hear kalimera from me.

Our trip to Casa Cook was like a dream - We are so grateful for every day we could spent here! The team is a pure gem, everybody was so friendly, cordial and always smiling! Big thanks to our personal guest manager Tania, who was so helpful and gave us lots of useful tips! She was always there for us in case we needed an advice. We felt ourselves so warmly welcomed! We can’t thank you enough, dear Tania, you made our stay just perfect!
 We really enjoyed the food at the Kitchen Club restaurant, our swim up villa and massages in the SPA - amazing quality, beautiful design and a Big thanks to the whole team that made our stay just perfect! Warmest Regards, Family Flad
