Amazing place very relaxing and nice hotel we stayed in elite suite room with the pool and garden. They are lovely room and the staff so pleasant from management to the wait on staff only young people but very pleasant. We have travel a lot of different holidays but this was the most relaxing. You must visit the spa it is expensive but worth it. Also must mention the food in the restaurant was amazing they even made us up a surprise gesture which was so thoughtful of the manager at the alcarte restaurant. If you want a bit of luxury book here.

We visited in June 2024 for a week for our honeymoon and stayed in a suite with sea view and private pool. We arrived very late at night but were blown away by the hotel and our room. It was my husbands birthday on our first full day and there was a card and a bottle of champagne for us on our return after breakfast, Breakfast on the terrace restaurant offers beautiful views and the food was lovely and the staff friendly and attentive. There is a small shop in the hotel for all your essentials. Staying at the Elite suites gives you not only a superb room with your own pool, but you have use of all the other facilities in the hotel, including the 4 other larger pools if you want to mix. The pool in our suite was just the best, stunning views over the sea, nice and refreshing which was great as it was very hot the week were there. The bar on the 11th floor of the hotel offers stunning views of sunsets and lovely cocktails. There are some lovely bars and restaurants with a 5 minute walk which we went to most nights and the staff there are so nice. Buses are hit and miss, cheap but don't bother checking the timetable as they will arrive when they arrive and be prepared if they are full they won't stop! Taxi to Old Town was 10 euros. We hired a car for a day to go to Lindos and St Pauls Bay and the hotel have a desk in reception who offer a great service, and the drive was easy. All in all it was a stunning hotel, nothing is too much for the staff, we felt special and will definitely be back.

Wonderful staff , great location , delicious food - we are planning our next visit Lots to do and see on the island and many restaurants and bars in close proximity to the hotel Beach area is clean and well served with staff on hand to help Taxi ride to Rhodes is less than 20 euro and only 45 minute to walk

What a fabulous experience. We expected it to be very good based on other Tripadvisor ratings but it far exceeded our expectations. The room was spacious and the sea view beautiful. The rooms were spotless and the cleaning staff visited various times throughout the day to check on supplies. The facilities around the hotel were superb, the food being a real highlight. It was delicious every night, hard to think of a restaurant that would offer such a good experience. The service was second to none. On an island where friendliness seems to be deep in the culture, the kindness and support from every single member of the team was a delight. I would give it more than 5 stars if I could.

My experience was terrific. The staff was friendly. They gave excellent service and were very attentive. Someone came and took our suitcases immediately and took us to our hotel room. When I first entered my room, they had a complimentary basket of fruits with a bottle of wine. The room was beautiful, with a large bathroom and bed. The pool was massive, the biggest private pool I have ever had. Also, the pool/ balcony had the most scenic views (I was on the top floor). The rooms were always perfectly cleaned, and the service was on point. The food at the hotel and the rooftop restaurant tasted fantastic. The restaurant was incredible. It also had breathtaking views of Rhodes and the sea. They gave me a lovely birthday cake, a bottle of wine with fruit, and a lovely birthday card. When I left, they also gave us honey, olive oil and some other bits. It is one of the best hotels I have stayed in! I have videos of the room, and unfortunately, I am not able to upload videos here.

My husband and I have just got back from 10 days in the Elite Suites, and we had a wonderful time. We arrived late at night and were overwhelmed when we entered our suite. It was so beautiful and spacious. The bed looked very inviting, and the view from our balcony was superb. A bottle of bubbly and a big bowl of fruit was on the coffee table, which made us feel very special. The staff was very very friendly and were all so keen to serve us. Unfortunately the weather wasn't as nice and warm as we had hoped, but we enjoyed the resort and felt it was a very relaxing and restful holiday. We would love to go back!!

A perfect honeymoon retreat! Staff excellent and we couldn’t fault facilities and hospitality! We were incredibly well looked after and nothing ever was too much trouble. Loved all the small unexpected details such as the pool jacuzzi and complimentary sun hats. Thank you Rhodes Bay for an unforgettable experience

We booked a vacation at Elite Suites Hotel last weekend And the experience was amazing, they really didn't miss a detail from us, courteous service always with a smile and happy to help, generosity, we checked in early because we arrived early from the flight, clean, tidy and plenty of food, those who book a suite with a pool have, in addition to a private pool, the central pool and another huge shared pool Everything is designed in a new and precise style Location 10 minutes from the airport and there is also a private beach of the hotel We enjoyed a lot! And for sure we will be back!

Just returned from a wonderful stay at the Elite Suites. We had a room with private pool and garden which was perfect for us. The staff could not do enough for us during our stay. The room contained everything you needed and lovely big towels for use at the beach and pool. We used the black pool in the spa garden most days and we literally had it to ourselves. Breakfast was excellent with a huge selection of Buffett items , made to order menu and freshly squeezed juices. We cannot wait to return .
