Old Town Senses Boutique Hotel

We had a really great experience at this hotel. We stayed for a week at the end of March. It's a really well presented small boutique hotel and the owner really went out of her way to give us a great stay in Rhodes. She gave us lots of advice on what to do, and the room was immaculately presented and came with some complementary items including a bottle of rosé wine. We were also assisted with a very late check in which was really appreciated. Would recommend anyone visiting Rhodes to stay here, the personal touch puts it a level above larger hotels.

Stayed for 2 nights here, visited Old Town couple of times before, but first time to accodomate in. The atmosphere of old town is really good at night and the hotel is clean. Irene is really friendly and helpful person. Had no problem with the place.

Nicely tucked away on a relatively quiet road leading to the main square in the old town. Some very nice dining and bar options on the way from my the property to the main square. Staff very friendly and helpful.

We arrived to Rhodes via the port and Old Town Senses was a short walk once we entered the medieval walls. It was very easy to find and we were greeted warmly by the owner Irene. Our room was spacious, airy, clean, modern, and comfortable. The location was quiet yet central. Lots of great places within a 5 min walk to eat and drink plus the beach was a pleasant 20 min walk. We would have happily stayed longer if we could and they will be our first choice when we return. Highly recommended.

For the active traveller who wants to see the cultural side of Rhodes, this is a delightful boutique hotel with exemplary service. Irene who seems to have many roles, is a role model for how a host should be, nothing was too much trouble for her, she arranged a PCR test for me on a Sunday and gave me a packed breakfast before I left early in the morning. The rooms are a little small, but with many generous touches, such as complimentary house wine, orange juice and nuts. The towels are fresh and fluffy, the wifi and a/c work well and there are plenty of international sockets (one or two upside down!). A generous full continental breakfast is served in the modest courtyard. The only downside was the lack of a proper shower, there is a large bathtub in the centre of the room which comes with a shower attachment but this has to be hand held and the water takes a while to fill the bath. Its probably better to ask for a room on the second floor as noise does travel a little from the reception area. Overall, this was a delightful stay for two nights to experience the Old Town and its rich history.
