一般般 有點小的房間 衞生還是乾淨的

衞生：衞生處理非常差，一進房間一股濃濃的尿騷味，感覺是在地毯上的味道，開窗無法散去 設施：非常老舊的酒店 服務：服務態度惡劣 不推薦大家入住

位置不錯門口就是巴士站，坐機場、追極光大巴都方便，周圍餐廳也多。房間湊活，國內全季水平

The staff was very helpful and friendly- service oriented! The rooms were quiet, clean and attractive. The wood surrounding the bathroom was a little worn The breakfast food was well prepared, nicely plated, ample and very tasty. The walking distance into the shopping and center of the city was reasonable.

Can’t believe that the hotel’s management is so terrible. I asked for a quiet and higher floor room but the reception lady was so impatient and not friendly at all. She gave us a low level room with unfriendly tone. We said our requests weeks ago but the hotel forgot to arrange. Poor service, and the room is near bus stop which is terrible because it’s so noisy. My wife is pregnant and the hotel confirmed our request but the reception refused our request. Won’t recommend anyone to book it! Terrible service!

I’m from the UK and stayed here with my teenage daughter. Lovely room, very comfortable beds and a clean bathroom. The room had enough plug sockets to charge phone and watches, there was a hairdryer, a kettle but no fridge, and no milk sachets for tea. I asked at the desk for some milk and they charged me for a small carton but with no fridge, it wouldn’t stay fresh for long. Breakfast was good, a good selection but no bacon or eggs. Donuts, pastries and waffles, as well as fruits and cereal. Location was great with a 10 minute walk to the main attractions and harbour. Overall a lovely hotel, but a fridge or milk sachets are a must for me.

Perfect location for bus stop 12 which is a collection point for tours. Hotel was lovely and clean and staff 10/10. Would recommend

Staff are friendly and helpful. They even helped to post my postcards on my behalf, saving me time to find where to post it. The rooms are clean, spacious for our stay. Will recommend the hotel to our friends

Its hard to find parking here, but the location in the city is good.

I find the breakfast area to small and not comfortable when you have a visual diss ability and very hot also you cannot even take a coffee to your room or like my daughter has visual impairment the area was crowded so we made a plat to take back to our room. And got embarrassed by one of the servers about taking food out we would have to pay. Breakfast not what I expected think we ate twice there no milk in room for coffe or a fridge Front desk were helpful just not what I expected dissatisfied

A solid option if you require a hotel in Reykjavík. Clean, had the essentials, wifi, and parking (provided there is a spot available). Able to walk to most main attractions easily. Super safe area.

The room could have been a little bigger. There was o lot one place to put a suitcase, the other suitcase had to go on the floor. The faucet in the bathrooms was way too strong for the tiny sink provided.

I had an unfortunate tragedy occur during the flight to Iceland where my wife passed away. The staff here at Storm hotel were over and above extremely accommodating, kind and caring. They had a room ready for me early and blocked it off for me for the duration of my extended stay. The clerks at the front desk were all so nice, caring and friendly, and made me feel as comfortable as possible. When I hadn't been down to breakfast they graciously brought food up to my room for me. Words cannot express the gratitude I have for the staff and managers of this hotel
