โรงแรมเป็นสถานที่ที่สมบูรณ์แบบและสะอาด บริการแม่บ้านขาด ๆ หาย ๆ ด้วยรายการที่ไม่ได้เติมใน 2 ใน 4 วัน (ผ้าเช็ดตัวและกาแฟ) ห้องพักได้รับการดูแลอย่างดี แต่อุปกรณ์ในห้องออกกำลังกายใช้งานไม่ได้ เครื่องออกกำลังกายครึ่งหนึ่ง "ใช้งานไม่ได้" และเครื่องชั่งไม่ได้เชื่อมต่อกับจอทีวี

The air conditioning was broken and while I understand this could not be helped the resolution was 2 drink vouchers. No information was provided when I walked past the front desk, I had to call down to the desk because the room was so warm and no update was shared with guests that it would not be fixed that day so guests could plan accordingly. I love Hiltons and will always stay at a Hilton when I can, but I will not stay at this location in the future. Communication was poor and after a long business trip and a VERY hot day I just needed to sleep which I could not do because it was so warm.
