Beautiful old manor house with adjoining buildings for bedrooms. Very comfortable bedrooms and excellent breakfast. Friendly , helpful staff. Beautiful grounds to walk around and very good gym and pool. Excellent value for the quality on offer

We booked this hotel so we could use the steam room and hot tub however both were out of order for 3 days which was the duration of our stay. The food in the hotel - the service was appauling I waited 1.5 hours for a vegan beef wellington to then be brought a caulifour risotto which I didnt order and was given the excuse that the chef didnt have enough time / it would take too long to make a vegan wellingotn- even though it was a sunday roast meal and they knew I didnt eat meat 4 hours before the meal and I was told originally I would have to wait 10 minutes for my wellington after queing up at the cavery- so all I had to eat were sides. The room was great- and hotel immaculate

Wotton House is beautiful. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The Viola room was comfortable with nice extra touches. The restaurant was pretty and the food was good. The pool is a bonus!

It' s my second time here. The Hotel itself is amazing, lovely location and good spa facilities.. In both occasions though they had a Wedding and the customer service was very disappointing.. such a long queue at check in...at check out...and also to get a drink or a coffee, thank God we didn't have any food!!!
One poor bartender alone at the bar (on Saturday night) and the bar was packed...
They told us that they are short-staffed but they should manage it in a better way! Such a pity! :/

Beautiful hotel and grounds, but room is small, no tea cattle in the room. Barman was terrible at his job. I would not be back.

房間有點小，電視機很小。位置不方便，離市中心遠，打車不方便。娛樂設施還不錯，早晚飯都不錯。性價比不錯。
