This hotel is being renovated, thus the four stars for property conditions right now, but the cleanliness and the staff was still fantastic. Bianca, the manager brought a cake for an early St.Patrick’s Day celebration (March 15) and had all staff members gather together in the breakfast area for coffee and cake. I had a late checkout and was waiting for my ride and she offered me a piece of cake as well, along with a written Irish blessing and a chocolate coin. A piece of cake was also given to the hired painter, so on one felt left out.
I was able to really see the staff in action, from the scrub-down of the elevator walls and the entry way of the hotel, to the meticulous arrangement of ketchup packets on the breakfast bar. I was so impressed and when I chatted with Bianca, with her friendly and upbeat personality, I could see how much she cared about the staff and the hotel. We’ll definitely be staying there again.

Very well located. Only suggestion is to have small shampoo bottles instead of big squeeze tube mounted in shower.

The hotel could use some renovations. Missing baseboards in the hallways, doors are all nicked and dented.
Our room was missing a couch or chairs and table. Huge empty space beside the bed, very apparent something was missing.
Seems like everytime I book a room on *******, I may get a reduced rate but I always get the worst room in the hotel, ie. far end of the hallway near the stairway, handicap rooms, etc.
Can’t say I’ll use this site again for those reasons.

Didn't like the pool times as the kids couldn't use it as it opened too late and closed early

This was the most terrible experience. The hotel is in shambles with ripped drywall, broken locks, no baseboards, wet carpet in the room. the pillows were lumpy and had no consistency. The room was dirty.
The hotel was taken over by unruly children running and yelling through the place and with noisy adults with no regard for other guests. I will never stay there again.

I liked everything except for the fact , that the pool area needs work, it has a lot of rust ! And when renovations are done I am sure it will be alright .

The rooms were newly renovated and very comfortable beds. Front staff were very friendly. To my surprise we took a taxi to and from the airport as we arrived late and could not pick up our rental, and it was covered by the hotel! Breakfast was very nice.

This is my go-to hotel when I stay in Regina before leaving for an early morning flight. Staff is friendly and helpful. Transport to the airport is convenient. Room is comfortable and great value for the price.
