The hot tub was dirty and very small altogether with the pool the are was very small. The elevator was very slow, had to take the stairs only to find the stairs door wasn't working! Breakfast was not included.

Hot tub jets don’t work and pool is pretty small but the hotel isn’t that bad , great front desk lady on at evenings , very friendly and accommodating

Make sure to enjoy the light show with the flickering lights when you turn it on coming in lol. It eventually grows on you.

Room 340 needed work. Bathroom sink didn't drain properly. Hook was ripped off bathroom door. Otherwise, large room, well laid out (except for closet door right behind room door, really inconvenient). I guess okay for the price.

There was a lot of people running back and forth in the floor above us but thankfully it stopped around 10 pm. The staff tried to deal with it as best as they could.

Staff were very pleasant.
The bathroom required needs work, the light fixture needs cleaning and new light bulbs. The bathroom exhaust fan didn’t work.

Staff was amazing. Friendly and helpful. Check in and Check Out very easy. Loved the room. Perfect for my stay. Even the staff at the restaurant that is attached were wonderful and went above and beyond for me. My experience was wonderful

We booked a king bed and we’re given a double. There was not enough hot water to shower. We could not get the heat to turn on. The couch and other pieces of furniture were not clean. If you could get the TV remote to work there were hardly any channels. Definitely will not be booking at this property ever again.
