Love the front staff & extra personal care they gave. They handled the too cold temperature of the pool with diligence.

The stay was great. Beds so comfortable. Room was clean Breakfast was good. The staff were very accommodating to our needs

You get what you pay for!
No housekeeping, one person working in the hotel most of the time, found garbage in three spots just laying in room, mattresses are old and, squeaky and tired, and small bathrooms.
Arrived on a Friday, and left on a Sunday. Don’t see a housekeeper on any floor at any time during that stay.
Breakfast is average at best.

The room was very clean, the beds were quite good, and the bathroom was clean. It didn't feel run-down at all; everything was in very nice shape. Even the carpet was in excellent shape!

We like the complimentary breakfast because the kids can swim in the morning, eat and then just drive back to Calgary. Its all good.

Hotel is older but kept as clean as possible. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Not enough seating in the dining area - so we could not have breakfast as only real dishes - no options to make food and take out in disposable containers.
