Everything about this hotel is exceptionally good….be it their welcome….their hospitality….their staff….their food….their services but one area where this hotel really needs to work is their bathrooms. They are very old and outdated. They really need a renovation

It was amazing stay like last two times in October 2023 and would like come every time I am in Katra for Mata Darshans and just a small suggestion that pick up and drop to Bust stand or railway station should be complimentary if a guests makes a request or by default. Thanks to Reception Managers and they did arrange complimentary drop upon my request.

My recent stay at Vivanta in Katra was truly great. The place has a delightful ambiance and convenient amenities that made my visit comfortable. The rooms were cozy with plush bedding for two, as well as useful amenities like a mini-fridge, tea/coffee maker, wardrobe with safe, TV, and seating area. The rooms also offered picturesque views of the gardens and stunning Trikuta Parvat. The hotel's MYNT restaurant provided delectable cuisine. The breakfast buffet was extensive with plenty of options. The staff, especially Ravi, Suman Yadav, and Ashok the manager, were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They were happy to modify dishes for my dietary restriction, providing dairy-free alternatives without issue. Suman Yadav was particularly helpful in assisting me when I made a mess on the table during a phone call. Overall, the staff's cooperativeness, friendliness, and service were highly satisfactory throughout my stay. My only suggestion would be to offer more variety on the lunch and dinner menus. - Raghavendra

The food quality, quantity and the ambience was very good.. special thanks to Chef kaka ram and server Suman yadav.. Made our stay very comfortable.. highly recommended. The room service and housekeeping was exceptional. It's the best hotel in the town..

A very pleasant stay with good food. Restaurant service staff were really cool and helpful specially suman Yadav, Vijay sharma,shivani, poonam,rohit.keep uu the good work guys😁. The hotel provides drop to vaishno devi, but the pick up from vaishno devi may sometime be delayed because of traffic. Over all a great experience.

Thank you, Team Vivanta Katra, Upon entering, a security team member at the main gate was very humble and had a good smile on his face. Upon entering the lobby, Jasmine handled the formalities of check-in. I was searching for my IDs for check-in, and I had forgotten my bag in my bus. She took the initiative and called the travel agency to help me retrieve my carry bag containing documents and amar has done it very gently. I really appreciate the team's effort, and I'm especially thankful to Mr. Rishi, the housekeeping manager whom met in the lobby at the time of check-in. He was very friendly. The leaf art has been amazingly done by a housekeeping team member, and an amazing mango-flavored cake is waiting in our room. As a special occasion for our wedding anniversary, the team did their best for us. Additionally, Mr. Vicku is a very gentle and attentive caretaker for every guest and a beautiful creativityhas done by their team. Keep up the good work! I appreciate your efforts, team.I'm very thankful to you all. Naman Sharma.

Very good location, with well-maintained gardens and greenery. Rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is helpful, especially the person at the front desk. The food at the restaurant is average, but overall, it's a pleasant experience.
