Temple Tiger Green Jungle Resort

This hotel is in the buffer zone of the park and was amazing from start to finish, they took care of the whole family and they were very accommodating to the fact that we have three year old triplets. When they said we will be allocated a senior Naturalist throughout our stay i didn’t know that meant from picking us up at the bus stand after our long journey to dropping us back there. He was full of fascinating info and there for safaris, meals, cultural shows, everything, always checking in to see if we had everything we needed. Even down to carrying anti bac and offering it to us when needed. He was a gem! The Villas, which overlooked the National Park were lovely, so fitting with their grass roofs and wooden features. We stayed in two adjoining villas with connecting balconies which were perfect for our large family of 6. The Beds were comfy, they even had electric blankets which were so welcomed after the sun had set, the bathrooms had walk in rain fall showers and the water was always lovely and hot. I loved the wake up calls, no noisy telephone calls or alarms, just a gentle tap tap tapping on the door until you woke and staff standing there offering tea/coffee & biscuits. The meals were varied with some held in the restaurant, some around a bonfire at night and some served on the lawn in the day. Such a lovely idea to use all the beautiful areas within the resort. Our favourite meals were the Nepali Thalis, so beautifully presented and always an abundance of flavour and variation. Close second was the BBQ night, so yummy. The resort arranged each day’s itinerary for us and it was written on a white board each evening with times etc which was so helpful. We went on an open top jeep safari and saw elephants, Rhinos, Gore, deers monkeys, jackals, crocodiles and some beautiful birds. The tigers were hiding… but our guide and driver searched hard and went far and wide for hours. It was always exciting and felt very safe. We also met the hotels two resident Elephants and were allowed to feed them their snacks. We loved the boat ride across the river, magical moments both early in the misty morning and later when the sun was setting. The village walk and bird spotting was also fascinating, we loved meeting the locals and they seemed to love meeting us too! The staff at the hotel were great and each time we returned from an outing, the team were on hand with warm flannels and a welcome drink. We found the hotel to be perfect for couples, families and groups of friends. It was peaceful, beautiful, luxurious and well managed. Thank you guys and keep up the amazing work! We hope to come back one day to find those tigers!!!! :)

Such a peaceful place! Totally recommend this wonderful hotel in the most nature-friendly environment there is. We went on a photo safari with our guide Nischal who is a fountain of knowledge when it comes to all things nature. The food is delicious, the staff friendly and courteous. We would love to come back

Location of the resort is quite tricky but is worth to be there. Huge jungle theme resort with beautiful villas. Food is very good. Rooms are well decorated in authentic manner. We were guided by naturalist for Jeep and elephant safari with was very good. Staff are very helpful.

Waking up to the symphony of birdsong and the rustle of leaves was a surreal experience. Guided by the knowledgeable experts, we embarked on unforgettable safaris experience. overall it was one of the best experience we had.

Surrounded by greenery everywhere. Temple Tiger is the best holiday destination. Excellent service, very clean and tidy rooms with balcony having amazing view frontside. Best wildlife activities. Jungle Safari, canyoning in river, cultural program. We had our best time in this resort. Thanks to the whole team for excellent hospitality.

the resort is very beautiful based on the edge of the river. very clean, comfortable bed and many wildlife activities that keeps you busy and entertained. totally the worth of money. thank you.

One of the luxurious resorts at chitwan fully enjoyed 3 days attending the natural and cultural activities. The staff are very attentive and friendly. Tej,the naturalist welcome us and shows us the major highlights with enthusiasm. Jeep safari, jungle walk, elephant feeding,boating at narayani River, tharu cultural dance and the food at the resorts is really unbelievable 👌. Thank you tej and the resort team will see you again. One of the best resort in nepal. Luxury plus best service. comfortable beds, scenic view rooms. Many wildlife activities. resort has two elephants. thank you everyone for the wonderful time... will definitely come back when we are in chitwan.
