โรงแรมที่ดี ทุกอย่างชอบ! ทําความสะอาดทุกวัน เตียงนุ่มมากใหญ่สบาย ในห้องมีทุกอย่างให้สบายที่นั่น แอร์ ปลอดภัย กาน้ําชา ถ้วย กาแฟ ชา น้ําตาล น้ําเปล่า 2 ขวด ทุกวันมีการปรับปรุงทุกอย่างระหว่างทําความสะอาด! ไปทะเลและกลับรถมินิบัส แต่น่าเสียดายที่วันละสองครั้งเท่านั้น ฉันต้องการที่จะไปบ่อยขึ้นและขึ้นรถบัสมากขึ้นเพราะคนทั้งหมดไม่ได้เข้าครั้งเดียว พนักงานใจดี แต่คงจะดีถ้ามีพนักงานที่พูดภาษารัสเซียบน resepschen) พักผ่อนชอบโรงแรมดี! ขอบคุณมากค่ะ 🙏

เราไปประชุมธุระที่ ราสอัลไข่มุก ได้ฟรีดึกแล้วตัดสินใจค้างคืนที่นั่น มีการค้นหานาทีสุดท้ายก็เจอโรงแรมนี้! พอเรามาห้องใหญ่ที่เราจ่ายเงินออนไลน์ก็ยังวุ่นวายอยู่ พนักงานโรงแรมให้ความช่วยเหลือดีมากเขาหาห้องให้เราอีกและเสนออาหารเช้าเป็นค่าชดเชย เราไม่ได้ลองอาหารเช้าเพราะเหนื่อยเกินไปแต่ขอชื่นชมความเป็นมืออาชีพของพนักงานที่รู้วิธีแก้ปัญหาโดยไม่มีปัญหา! ห้องพักกว้างขวางและเฟอร์นิเจอร์ใหม่ เค้ามีกระติกน้ําชาในห้องซึ่งถือว่าเยี่ยมมาก + ห้องน้ําใหญ่และสะอาด มีโรงอาหารและใกล้ๆ ด้วย หากต้องการมีน้ําจิบหรือน้ําผลไม้สดๆ บ้าง ตลอดเวลา ห้างใหญ่ มี carrefoure อยู่หน้าโรงแรมพอดี เราไม่ได้มีโอกาสสํารวจบริเวณใกล้เคียงมากกว่าเพราะเป็นจุดแวะพักที่รวดเร็ว

พนักงานเป็นกันเองและช่วยเหลือดีมาก อาหารเช้าที่ยอดเยี่ยม เตียงนอนขนาดใหญ่และสะดวกสบาย อุปกรณ์ซักรีดเป็นข้อดีอย่างมาก ฉันต้องการที่จะกล่าวถึงวินทึ่โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งจากแม่บ้านเขาทํางานได้ดีเพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าห้องของฉันมีรสเผ็ดและครอบคลุมตลอดเวลา หนึ่งในพนักงานที่ทํางานหนักที่สุดที่ฉันเคยพบและขอให้ผู้บริหารแสดงความขอบคุณของฉันกับเขา

We had an excellent staycation at this hotel. They upgraded our sea view room to a family Villa with balcony and sea view. The staff specially Ivana at reception, Danilo who loaded luggage in our car and Lourds who assisted us with breakfast were all very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The international breakfast buffet was very yummy and fulfilling. The room was neat, clean, spacious with all required amenities. Overall it was an excellent staycation and I definitely recommend to visit this hotel for a joyful treat.

The resort is amazing. No doubt it is one of the best resort in RAK. We spent the new years and our anniversary in The Cove Rotana and we had a great time.We were taken care off really well with all special treatments. The food in cinnamon is amazing and the staff in the resort are so friendly. As we checked in our room, we saw the room given to us did not have a balcony nor a bathtub. We requested for an upgrade as we had paid a huge amount for the NYE. A staff named Tara helped us to get the upgrade really quick. The housekeeping guy was the sweetest. He decorated our bed well and also put a board with the anniversary wishes!! Also there was a staff in Breakers Beach Bar named Min. He is an amazing guy. I had ordered for a mojito and informed him it needs to look good as it was for social media. He made sure he gave me the best one and also suggested I should opt for strawberry mojito. He then said it was not possible for him to give the mojito in the glass as we were not having at the bar instead we were at the beach resting on the sun beds. When he saw I was a little upset he let us have the glass taken to the beach. Such an amazing guy!!! Overall we had a great experience and would highly recommend this resort to all who would love to have a great time with family and friends.

had an amazing stay. had opted for two meals and both were delicious as one can ever have it. Even got an extension on checkout from Mr. Houssam (front desk).

What an amazing experience! In this review I’m only talking about things we did. There is plenty more we couldn’t do as we only stayed 2 nights. First let’s cover the resort: The resort itself is very luxurious and massive. The villas are huge (we stayed in the Al Rimal Villa)! Having your own pool (very private, no one can see you) is so nice, especially if you have kids who are in there constantly. We were two adults with 2 kids, 12 and 2. There are several restaurants but only 1 is open for breakfast and lunch (can be increased in my opinion, especially the farmhouse should be added). Unfortunately several things are only happening on weekends so try to include the weekend to be able to experience all the offerings. To get around the resort, you can either use the bicycles or the buggy. As we stayed in June, we used the buggy mainly as it’s super hot throughout the day. However, we did cycle in the evenings and during the day a couple of times. There are wild animals all over the resort. They just come and go as they please. Everything feels very authentic and true to its surroundings. Nothing is staged. If you like to see Camels and Onyx close up on your way to lunch or in the evening when cycling back to your room, you will love this place! Let’s look at the Restaurants. Farmhouse - this is a great restaurant right at a waterhole which is beautiful in the evening and a place where a lot of animals gather. The food, drinks and staff were great. This was our favourite restaurant. However, only open for dinner. Shame! Kheela - this is the only restaurant for breakfast and lunch. It’s nice with an Arabic vibe. The food is good (not amazing). The one thing that makes this place very special is the staff. They are sooo friendly and helpful. They loved playing with our little toddler Max. They truly made the experience special for us. I’d like to call some of them out by Name: Wandy, Hemal, Sujala and Susmila. I only put those down as they written their name on my partner’s birthday card but all of them were amazing. In terms of activities: We did the nature drive and camel sunset ride. Both are amazing! During the nature drive you get a real feel for the desert, it’s animals and plants. If you are lucky, you get to hand feed the gazelles. The ride itself is very intense with lots of up and down and many many bumps, so not suitable for small children in our opinion. The Guide, Martin, was great! I can highly recommend him. We also did the rainforest experience which is very lovely. We recommend at least 2 hours. Overall, this place is absolutely amazing and we enjoyed every bit of it! It’s also super kid friendly so highly recommended for families. The staff make this place truly special and add to the the overall experience. We can’t thank all of the staff enough for taking such good care of us.

The hotel is packed with tourist… the front desk initially give me a double bed even my booking says king bed with sofa. When we are already relaxing in our room after a long drive, someone from maintenance came and fix the design at the top of the headboard. They should be doing this before the guest checked in. Such an inconvenience! When I reported this to the front desk, they said they will check but never came back to me. The next day, I was asking for the help of the lifeguard to open the umbrella but he refused and told me to ask the help of other staff even though the umbrella is just behind him! We stayed to a lot of hotels and this is the first time I’m experiencing this poor service! The only good thing in this hotel is the breakfast and the houskeeping. They are well trained and nicer compared to other departments.
