The environment is very welcoming, rooms are spacious and comfortable. This is normally our first choice when visiting Rapid. However, we seen police and an ambulance outside the Friday night we stayed over and someone was running up and down the 3rd floor hall, we notified front desk. I imagine the front desk had a busy night themselves so I appreciate their continued hospitality.
Otherwise it was an overall a 5 for my teenager, husband, and myself.

This was our second time at this hotel. Nothing spectacular but it was overall a good stay. Clean, safe hotel overall. Extra pillows and blankets would be nice -especially with the pull out sofas!

I was first assgined to a room that could be opened without a key, secondly assigned to a room still occupied by someone, and lastly assigned to a room with in general fine condition, but the bed seemed not cleaned thoroughly, my back had a nickle size bump bit by a bug , the bump did not go away unti one week after inchecked out.
