Hotel could do better housekeeping but I do appreciate the fact that they do serve breakfast it's a small breakfast but other hotels due to covid are not serving breakfast so I do appreciate their small breakfast

I wouldn’t recommend this place unless you are super strapped for cash, spend the extra 30-50 a night and get a legit hotel. Location wise was pretty close to everything to do in Raleigh, hotel it self had trash all around the building and people blasting music from their cars all hours of the night, you have to check in through a glass talk box, the actual room wasn’t bad pretty standard, but reeked of smoke and I didn’t order a smoking room.

The guy at the front desk wasn't friendly. The room was dirty, there were bodily fluids on the top cover, dirty floor and microwave. Wanted to leave but been traveling from job to job and on a tight schedule. Took photos.

I had a very nice stay but all the rooms were sold out for non smoking. So i had to get a smoking room. Which is no one at fault making money. But my next stay will be booked early enough before they sal out of rooms. Which seems to be pretty quickly.

Room was dirty, toilet seat broken, ice machine and vending machines broken. People outside intoxicated at all hours and asked us for money.

Can't think of one thing we liked! They put us in a smoking room even though I told the clerk neither of us smoke. The room smelled like stale smoke (as well as the bedding) and the room was stuffy like no one had stayed in that room for months. We were on the 2nd (basically 3rd floor, after 2 flights of stairs) & no elevator. We are older and my husband is disabled so it was difficult to carry our luggage up all the stairs. Then there was no kleenex in the holder and no hair dryer in the room.
