Red Roof Inn Raleigh North-Crabtree Mall/PNC Arena

The traffic in the area is insane so coming and going in an out of the hotel takes considerably more time

The Red Roof Inn organization has reduced the former GOOD product to an unfriendly and unkind brand. There are no irons in the rooms no drinking cups of any kindkind, no breakfast of any kind, cheaply constructed beds with inly 3 pillows. There was no elevator to the upper floors. The reception clerks were unfriendly checking in and checking out.The only place you can get coffee was in the downstairs lobby where the cups were so small you could hardly enjoy it. There is no airport shuttle. Sorry but the whole experience ****** . I will never use Red Roof Inns again

Everything was great. Didnot like the light and fan in bathroom. Had to have both on at same time.

The bed was not comfortable at all … the sheets felt like sandpaper and everything was minimal at best … won’t stay here again

The room itself was the cleanest part of the stay; however, the air conditioner barely worked. I sweated all night. When we checked in, the lobby had no air conditioning so it was hot and stuffy. There is no elevator so you have to walk upstairs if you are given a room on the second floor. The hallways had no air conditioning either. After we came back from the event that we were attending, we had to park on the street cause there was not enough parking for all the guests that stayed at the hotel. Our granddaughter and her friend were scared of the area, we told them to stay close to us every time we exited or entered the property. This was our first and last time staying at a Red Roof Inn. It was overpriced for the stay especially with no air conditioning or no real amenities except a bed to lay our head down.

Nice hotel, very quiet. In the cut, nice place to stay for a good price! One of the front desk people was rude when I called about 11. But everyone else was very friendly especially the overnight front desk person! He was amazing, sweet and very nice.

It was not the Ritz Carlton, but I did not expect that. No vermin or bugs of any sort running in and/or around the property. Clean and cleaning staff on site daily. Within walking distance of a mall that has a P.F. Chang's and a Cheesecake Factory. An easy drive downtown via Glenwood. All around great value for the money. No frills, but not far from all of the good stuff Raleigh has to offer.

Front desk guy was really good. Room and hotel were average. You get what you pay for. It was ok. There seemed to be somethig going on the weekend I stayed, no parking Saturday night. One big negative was the **** i constantly could smell outside. Not the hotels fault, but it was most definitely being smoked in the parking lot...more than once.

I didn't like the doors slamming and the fighting in the hallway. I didn't like the small parking lot and parking on the street. I did like that it was clean and quiet for the most part.
