The location is great, right off the freeway. The rooms are a tad on the small side. They don't have cups in room or at the front desk which is kind of annoying since they offer breakfast which they then have cups. The pool is outdoor only so it is closed during the winter. I'd suggest they offer like a "where to eat" recommendations list since they seem to have a lot of travelers.

I really enjoyed my stay. The staff was helpful and accommodating. I am so glad we got to stay at this particular property for my family’s one night stay in Raleigh.
I definitely want to visit again. Thank you for your hospitality.

The facility was clean and staff were friendly. The room AC unit was a little loud, but it drowned out any noise and I slept great.

As always, the staff was welcoming and checkin was fast. I had asked for a quiet room away from ice machines or elevators, and was even told I could mark this room as a fave if I liked it. Well...no. 502 - the door turn lock didn't work (hubby would've been mortified), towel hanger by the sink fell off, the toilet ran, and it was actually kind of noisy early in the morning, so... not 502. But breakfast was great - thanks for the BACON!!! and a little omelet with salsa, and good fresh coffee - what more does a girl need in the morning before work?

I was surprised by the lack of maintenance and upkeep based on the 9.0 rating. Staff weren’t always present at the desk, phone repeatedly rang unanswered, “boyfriends or suitors”were hanging around the front desk during evening hours…overall unprofessional.
Room was clean. Sheets are thin, and the room had a mildew smell; appeared to be coming from the AC.
Not the standard expected with the Marriott brand.

The Cleanliness of the room. Front desk staff at check in, it was a little late when I checked in so I don’t remember her name. She was very friendly and helpful. Also the young lady Ashley at checkout was Chipper and Friendly. I will definitely return for another stay!
