The decor, asthetics poor. Services from reception very poor, uncourtieous and to some extent rude. The rooms of pathetic quality. Inf-act my two kids shifted to another hotel. The good terrible, limited choice. Total experience bad for the price paid. Beaware.

On 24th oct I was check in thi Hotel for my friend Ring Ceremony. Hotel have good cleaning Good looks, But Staff Behaviour was so arrogance. Total bad experience 😕 I will never suggest to visit this hotel again.

Bad experience,miss behave all staff .in my opinion worst hotel with bad staff don't book this resedency...food servise too bad and staff behave like a king and say abuse all of.mai yahi bolunga aap sab review pr na jye.ye sachi ghatna hai.date- 10/09/2023 Time:- 3:45PM

As we order veg food and they serve non veg and after repeating and asking they less bother to do for food it is very very poor

Thoughtfully designed washrooms. Rooms equipped with all required amenities. Rooms and washrooms are quite clean. Awesome food in their restaurant. Only issue is they have fixed menu complimentary breakfast.

Stayed as a family. Staff was very helpful, accommodating and also thoughtful (helped us in different ways, like for our onward journey.

The place was neat and clean and staffs were very polite.Special mention for Diwakar who was very approachable and always ready to help.The location is also very good.All the major tourist spots are with 5 km range.We went there for one day but our stay was so comfortable that we extended for another day.Everyone in the hotel was so well behaved.Breakfast was also good.We will definitely stay in this hotel again and highly recommend to others who look for a clean and hygienic place to stay.
