I went to the hotel and asked for a room and at the hotel reception the price for a room was fixed at 1800rs but at the time of checkout the hotel ***ager was asking 2000rs. The *** at the reception was very arrogant. He wasn't listening to us. He was talking in a way like he was threatening us. The hotel service is pathetic. Its better to go for some other nice hotels than to go in this hotel and have argument with the staffs. The nature and behavior of the ***ager and all other hotel staffs was very bad. Note to everyone never go to this hotel. Waste of money. Kachra hotel Kachra staff.
