The room was very clean. We had a pleasant stay.

I booked this hotel for my anniversary... Worse hotel, pathetic experience...we were allocated the last n uncleaned room left because we checked in at assigned time...nothing insight room...n to my dismay, there were a connected door connecting my room to adjusting room...n when I complained they said all the available rooms are like that only...balcony is in pathetic condition...I think not cleaned for long...I paid INR 15,000+ for this room n thought of spending good time and 31st night at this pathetic hotel...its completely ruined...I suggest ppl to avoid booking this place unless you get it around 3000-4000 INR

This is my 3rd stay at the Imagica Novotel in Khopoli. It is close to the site that I am working on and is super convenient. We had Shradha at check in and check out alongside Akshay. Both helpful in assisting us at the Accor desk. We stayed 2 nights and ate brilliant room service. One day Thai and one day Indian. Their food is excellent! After a hot and tiring day in the sun I came back to the hotel for a superb massage. Thank you to Nika (my back, neck and arms thank you too!) & Tairen at the Tattva Spa reception. The hotel was full of families with kids running around the lifts and lobby. It is holiday season and was very busy also being attached to the amusement park which is named alongside Novotel. So I guess there is no escaping that jungle at times! Melina at The Square restaurant has always been amazing. We have met her a couple of times when we went for lunches at the hotel. She is delightful! Thank you! You can see us very soon! Having this hotel close to our location is a blessing.

Nowhere a Novotel experience! The worst Novotel hotel ever! Room maintenance is bad. Gave us rooms that are not clean at all! There is hair on bed and bathrooms when we first entered. Water is dripping out of ACs. We specifically asked them for change of room to a clean one, expecting cleanliness to be the minimum criteria to be fulfilled. We returned after 10 hours and they again gave an unclean room! It spoiled our whole experience twice. Never going to stay here again. Even the food is bad in restaurants. Getting us water took 20 mins.

Poorly managed hotel. We recently went with a corporate group of 100+ people. The hotel doesn’t know how to deal with a large group. Rooms were not ready till 4pm. No proper handling of Imagica tickets our staff was doing half their work. Plus the hotel is under partial renovation so there is dust and work going on at 4 am in the morning making random noises. I won’t recommend for corporate or weddings

Bed experience not to allow to anyone to go to the property, staff non cooperative , in room dining so worst, bad room , aminities in bathroom are bad, in all my stay is so horrible and terrified , so please not. Come to hotel to stay i. Property , thanks

Had an amazing stay with Novotel. Mr Divyansh at the reception and Mr.Soumya at the reservations desk helped us in rescheduling the dates of our stay without any hassle. Staff was very hospitable and welcoming. Would highly recommend this place if you are looking for a comfortable and a luxurious getaway. Thank you Novotel for making our stay memorable.
