worst hotel ever: 1. charges on the POS device without entering it into the computer at all 2. the hotel was bought by the Chinese and they live and "work" there, there is no one at the reception, there is no breakfast, if you need to ask them because they start speaking Chinese. 3rd room, terribly dirty bed linen with traces of blood, a greasy handprint above the bed on the wall, TV cables taped to the wall. 4. we immediately complained and they did not want to make any refund for the next 2 nights, which they immediately charged us for. 5. they didn't give us the option to log out, and they said that we can't log out. 6. Big bad spiders in room in the end we left the key and paid for accommodation in another hotel. extremely unprofessional, and very bad, and all these reviews that say the opposite are not authoritative, look at other comments on e.g. booking and everything will be clear to you
