had a wonderful stay , the professionalism, kindness of the staff is simply amazing, the facility is stunning. definitely the best well kept secret in town!

Myself and my wife did not make a reservation, stupidly thinking there would be places as Rabat is a major city. We went to Sofitel and that was a mistake as the receptionist was oblivious to anything we were asking for and advised they were fully booked apart from the suite. So we drove to Story hotel, and welcomed so pleasantly by Omar. Such a kind generous young guy, very well mannered offered to show us the rooms before booking or making a decision. His hospitality was above and beyond expectation. This hotel has 37 beautiful rooms, quiet so don’t expect vibes. But amazing staff. Breakfast was by menu so don’t expect a buffet the room we stayed on tbe ground floor had a beautiful terrace and huge bathroom. Good selection in the minibar, lovely stay comfortable, but most importantly the staff that are so kind. I love when hotels make you feel like family, nothing is a major ask. Thank you to everyone for making my wife and I feel at home.

Very friendly and welcoming staff particularly Ahlam at the reception, Mohamed and his colleagues at Safran restaurant and Ilham from room service. Perfect place for a laid-back stay or business trip. Spacious rooms, spotless place and continued service.

Beautiful hotel inside and out. Great staff who go out of their way to make your stay comfortable. Friendly and welcoming at all times. Fantastic breakfast freshly prepared to order. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet, near embassy row. Too far to walk to major attractions and restaurants but an easy taxi ride.

A fantastic dining experience with incredible food and perhaps the most genuine and hospitable resturant service I've seen in decades of travel. Rabie the proprietor of the resturant showed genuine excitement in sharing Moroccan cuisine with us and made an unforgettable experience.

A true rating is challenging due to the fact that it was Ramadan and not fair to provide anything negative. Overall it was an excellent experience. Certain times short staffed, however always accommodating and helpful.

Story Hotel is perfect for staycation. Rooms are spacious, clean, and the huge comfortable bed that I love the most🥰. One of my favorite spot is the terrace where coffee session happens while enjoying the view. Everyone is extremely friendly and welcoming, Hussam and Ahlam in the front desk were always kind and polite,the always lively and lovely restaurant staff Bouchra, Omaima, Enaz, Omar and others for giving excellent service. Thanks to the housekeeping fairies for keeping our room always clean &organized. I am truly enjoying my stay here and I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to others. Xoxo, K💋

Ive been to top hotels in rabat in past 2 years but modern moroccan vibe of Story Hotel catches my heart. The service is topnotch from housekeeping, front desk esp Ahlam and Hossam welcomes us like family😘 World class treatment by restuarant staff Oumaima, bouchra,ines and Ayoub.
